The basic kitchens looks fantastic...the expensive kitchen looks like some sort of expensive sauna, black and white tiles with a hidden stove top! I could spend my days and nights in this kitchen. Oh that would be heavenly. Back to the measuring on site. The boss arrives with measuring tape and just has all the right knowledge and good ideas. The job is a converted laundry ( making a two storey house..two dwellings) and the fellow sees the potential of a cheaper kitchen for renting purposes. The order will take three weeks and one day to install. Just need that 10% deposit to confirm the deal. So my friend who is making the changes to his house will jump at the chance tomorrow. I was so impressed by the salesperson / Boss of the business. Can't wait to show all the photos to you when the job is completed.

I was lead to believe that there'd be a 7 day refund policy, under the condition that it remains in original condition. Fair enough. My bathroom renovator had to attempt to INSTALL it to see that it would not fit our shower settings. Upon return, the owner and his daughter were unprofessional and belligerent, clearly not keen to honour their company policy. They insisted that it was USED ... because I had to see that it couldn't fit. They had zero concessions or regard for the customer experience, all they were obsessed with was losing money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There are heaps of bathroom places in the area, I would hit up National Apollo or even Bunnings before setting foot in this place! Worst decision I've made on a consumer level.
