Ugh, I really wish I could give a more positive rating, however there were issues. I got the chicken sandwich and although it looks very delicious, the chicken was way overcooked. Believe me, I tend to overcook my chicken at home, so I'm not that picky. In this regard I would rather have it cooked too much than too little! However, the chicken was so tough. It was hard to chew it. I literally had trouble chewing it. The presentation was beautiful and the fries were nice and warm and crispy which I appreciated. It was $16 which isn't too bad. I just wish it tasted satisfactory at least. The happy hour menu might be the way to go. It had pizza, it looked like just a small cheese flatbread, for $10, a cheeseburger for $10, fries for $6. Just a FYI, if you order from the regular menu, it's pretty much $18 for the cheeseburger WITH fries anyhow, happy hour just basically separates them. The mozzarella sticks were $10 (or maybe it is $6?). I believe there were some specials on the wine. I believe house wine was $3 off? Draft beers are $6 and then some cocktails they offered were $9. Maybe there was a mai tai? I can't recall exactly. I may venture back and get a cheeseburger with my friend because the ambience is really nice. I've been wanting to try this place for years. So it's a real shame the food was subpar. I hope they improve their chicken sandwich. It is a really nice place to sit and hang with friends, or on a date even. You can get away from the hustle and bustle from the Pruneyard chaos. read more

This was so much better than I hoped! I had the Chilean sea bass to go (forgive the bad photo) and it was absolutely phenomenal. The service while I waited was wonderful. I will definitely be eating here again during my stay this week. read more

After a long and cold day, we stopped at OY to grab something to eat. Their wine selection was very good. Although they had wines from few wineries, their choices were quite varied. We had a side salad which was quite big. The only down side was that they only had one choice of dressing. We then ordered the rigatoni which was good with a side of meatballs, good as well but the same sauce on both was a bit overwhelming. The other thing was that the food came out Luke warm. It would have been way better if it was served at a proper temperature. The restaurant had a great variety of seating. Since it is a bar, the loudness factor is not appealing when there are several customers who were drinking. A nice place but can get a bit loud. read more

It's a little tricky to find this place (it's tucked away by an alleyway near Luna Mexican Kitchen) but once you find it it's a nice atmosphere! I facilitate a group that meets here regularly, and the bartenders are always friendly and helpful with accommodating our group, which ends up being between 5-10 people. We've only ever ordered bottles of wine, but they have a good selection and we were once treated to stuffed mushrooms on the house :) very sweet of them and they were delish! read more

Always checking these restaurants out and so far the soup.... Amazing taste, not to thick or water, it's just right and a little kick in spice to it. The whiskey sour was good, just Jim Beem but a good taste still. the margarete pizza came out with soup and could be a bit crunchier but still good. Mixologist was very attentive, would make me return again. No where is there a sign that says the bar isn't open, and I am sitting here. Manager says hello and goes about her business. I'm under the impression now they may be closed, thanks to yelp showing their hours. But the manager has said nothing to me and simply walked by me. I'm sitting at the bar, with my wallet out and she does nothing to convey that they are closed. Edit to add: After a 3rd pass by she offered service and happy hour pricing 45 min early. I appreciate it, very much. The manager did follow up with a kind message and posted hours more clearly for future guest. Its awesome that they are so responsive and accommodating. read more

Stayed in the hotel attached for one night and had a couple of glasses of wine in the outdoor patio area-great atmosphere and great service.

My friend and I were SUPER excited to try this place and had been meaning to for a while. It is close to my house (walking distance) and seemed like an adorable, hidden gem. We went last night for happy hour and a little girl time and we were unfortunately quite disappointed. We were there the same time as the reviewer, Kevin (see review below), was there and we had a similar experience. In addition to our wine, we ordered the charcuterie and french fries so there wasn't much room for error there. We were more disappointed in the lack of energy and almost a sense of dismay from the bartender and server. It really just didn't seem like anyone was happy to be there. My other beef with this place is the lack of a good wine selection. Considering they are a "wine garden," the "by the glass" selection is super limited and quite expensive for what they offer. I am hoping that this was just a one time, bad hair day situation. I'll try again in hopes that they take some of the reviews to heart. read more

Nice clean cut quiet on a Friday nite wine bar that is located inside The Double Tree Hotel. I went here for Paint Nite. I got there early so I could have dinner before the event. Since it is a small business inside the hotel, the menu was small as far as choices go. I ordered the New York steak with fingerling potatoes & vegetable. It was a really good meal. Both the men tending the bar/counter were courteous and professional. There are several high bar style tables for seating as well as standard smaller tables for seating. A couple of door lead to an outside courtyard. Fresh, modern, crisp. Right outside the entrance is a selfie machine. read more

Walked in was greeted immediately we where seated then quickly given menu with so many wonderful choices! Buffet was beautifully presented with options of Eggs, Potatoes , bacon or sausage, fruit or yogurt with hot oatmeal. What really caught our attention was the head chef coming out and talking to us taking the time to go over recipes. We will be back for sure great place to hang out. I stayed at the hotel (Doubletree) and went to breakfast at PY Kitchen, it was very good, lots of options for a decent price. Later on, while my friend and I were waiting for our other friend, we went to the bar and we had some drinks. The selection was great, it's a bright and clean restaurant. The atmosphere got better when the music turned up a bit and more people came in for happy hour. I recommend checking it out before your night on the town or even if you decide to dine in. read more

I wanted to try the new restaurant that is part of the Hilton Hotel. We ate there around 5 during happy hour. It was a Thursday which meant buy 1 get 1 free appetizer. I was disappointed with the ahi tuna and shrimp appetizer I ordered. There were 4 thin slices ahi with lots of noodles and no soy sauce and 4 shrimps with noodles. Each was about $14 but I was there during happy hour. Neither tasted good and was very small portions. With all the different option in Pruneyard I would not suggest trying this place. read more

I'm giving it one star for the service experience. Our waiter was young and very nice, but the bartender, Arron, was incredibly rude. Now apparently there was a new guy in the kitchen and he was having trouble. There was our party of 6 and one person at the bar . . . that's it. 2 tables, 7 customers. Apparently our nice waiter was also running room service orders to the rooms. Food took over 45 minutes after it was ordered. 2 Chinese Chicken Salads but they didn't have any chicken on them. Only one dressing on the side given. Tried to find a waiter but couldn't. They were only visible when they brought out the orders. Rest of the time they were probably trying to help sort out the mess in the kitchen. We finally went to the kitchen door and yelled into the kitchen for assistance. Bartender Aaron came out and admonished us loudly for opening the kitchen door. His behavior was really poor. Our young waiter apologized for the experience and then presented us with a check that included a 22% gratuity. WOW! Food was just OK., but 22% gratuity! Seriously? I'd recommend that you try one of the many other restaurants in the Pruneyard. read more

Quaint little restaurant tucked away in the Doubletree Hotel at the Pruneyard Plaza. The hamburger and fries was delicious. Great Happy Hour prices too. It's a good place to fuel up on appetizers and drinks before heading out. read more
