Puzzle Warehouse - you can see the sign from the highway

Working on jigsaw puzzles is a hobby of mine. This store doesn't disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store was clean and the puzzles were organized and neat. Prices vary, with some puzzles on sale. I purchased one puzzle for $23.99. I can't wait to finish it and return to Puzzle Warehouse.

This place rocks!! I have never been to a store completely dedicated to puzzles before but it was super awesome. As a puzzle lover, i was so amazed and impressed with the selection of puzzles and they seem to frequently have sales running - this time it was buy 2 get 1 free!! I saw so many different types of puzzles that i'd never seen before and really enjoyed looking at all the options and seeing the different designs. The woman at the counter was very friendly and accommodating, greeted us immediately and told us about the sales! They have everything organized really well which I appreciate and its easy to see all the different ones and find exactly what you're looking for! They have most things categorized by brand or piece count, my one complaint is that i wish they had as many options for 300-500 piece puzzles as they did for larger puzzles! (Most were 1000 pieces) They had multiple rooms full of puzzles and even had some board games and a clearance section! (I got a puzzle for $3 off on clearance just because the box was dented!) If you like puzzles or know anyone who does, this place is a MUST!! They even have a rewards program!

Large selection, but the customer service was pretty lacking. I walked around the store a solid 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged, though I will say when I approached an employee for assistance, they answered in a friendly manner. There were a ton of popular puzzle brands that were offered, and I thought it was cool that they had a sizeable discount / sale area for puzzles (I believe most were used or returned). While not a large section, they also did have an area for African-American based puzzles, but no other ethnic group was really offered. They did have sales for certain regular priced puzzles, and the puzzles are sorted well throughout the store (primarily by brand). All in all, I didn't find it to be worth a drive from out of town to visit, but I do wish we had a similar store in my city.

Calling ALL puzzle lovers and peeps spending more time indoors during the winter!! PW has a puzzle or two just for you. Large piece, 3D, wooden, metal, tiny piece, less pieces, way-too-many pieces (several thousand lol), movie icons, sport stadiums, paintings and seasonal. I'm convinced you'll find a puzzle you love! I've been puzzling since I was very young. I personally don't bother with less than 1,000 pieces, but always have a few fewer piece puzzles so others can puzzle with me and not go crazy or loose interest. PW has several 1,000 piece puzzles! Don't usually spend more than $12 for a puzzle, because I can assemble very quickly. I typically shop at big chain stores. The 3 puzzles I purchased at PW ranged from $16.99-20.99. I was on a date so it seemed like the perfect time to share a superb experience and to shop local! Picked up some puzzle sorting trays that are stackable and work very well! I'll be back Puzzle Warehouse!

Part of the store. Best puzzle assortment anywhere.

I've ordered many times online, and finally got to visit in person while visiting STL. Loved the store! It's nicer than I imagined it would be. The staff were knowledgeable and fun. Dogs are welcome (they even asked if they could offer a treat). This is important if you are visiting in the middle of the summer. You get to spend a lot more time in the store if you don't have to leave the car running for the dog. This is a mandatory stop if you love puzzles and are in St Louis. And if you're not, order online. They are great. I think that the bad reviews are centered around COVID orders, when all of a sudden everyone wanted puzzles and this may have taken them by surprise.

A local company that serves the nation via their website. Who knew there could be so many puzzles. The variety and selection was mind blowing. My reason for shopping here wasn't for a puzzle, it was for a Christmas Trivia game. My cousin and I wanted to add some fun to the, "Rob your Neighbor" gift exchange at the Christmas gathering. They had a clever little deck of Christmas Trivia Cards that did just the trick. We had so much fun reading the questions, that we continued after the gift exchange was over. Will I return? - When I need a gift for a puzzle fan. When: December 20, 2017 Why: Trivia Game

Awesome shop with plenty of puzzle options around. They also sell items to keep the puzzles organized and trays for the pieces. The staff is really helpful and there is a rewards program.

    So cute!

I was shocked at all the amazing items in this shop! Gigantic remote control cars, trucks and even boats! I didn't even know they made them that big! They are so cool! On the other side of the shop is an incredible selection of models! Hubby found a big WW II tank he had to have. But what really impressed me is the fantastic selection of model trains! Every size with absolutely everything to go with it! I had never seen so much stuff! Gorgeous little trees, animals, tiny people and buildings to decorate your train area! Tons of tracks and everything to design your dream train system! I'm not really into trains, but it made me want to be! If trains are your thing, you need to visit this little shop! Seriously fantastic hobby shop! Everyone who was working there was really nice too! Highly recommend!
