After about seven visits, we're basically getting in for free. With the pass, you get extra jumping hours. We bring our grip socks every time but they're always available to purchase at the front desk. They have a water bottle station, so bring a cup or a tumbler because jumping is exhausting work. There are couches for non-jumpers as well as concessions if you're feeling snacky. The music is kid friendly and fun. Really great environment that as an adult, I don't mind hanging out for a couple of hours while my kid gets all of her energy out.

She rode on her first carousel a…read moreweek before visiting here and she loved it so when my best friend mentioned that Salem had a carousel (why??) we decided to come check it out. The carousel is indoors so that's a nice perk when it's cold or rainy. It's a large carousel with different animals as well as some benches, and they're adding others soon--including a U of O themed duck. The rides are pretty inexpensive at $2 each; you'll buy tokens at the gift shop. (They only take cards with a minimum $5 purchase.) Alternatively, you can pay $15 for unlimited rides for the day. The gift shop has lots of stuff... except t-shirts, which they were out of the day we came in and that was a bummer since I'd wanted to get one for the little one. There are indoor toilets here (yay) and they have some vendors--at least, there as a cotton candy vendor here when we visited. They also rent the space out and there was a nice private room off to the side of the carousel. There's lots of parking here since it's part of the overall Riverfront Park.

A woman paid and I overheard the cashier mention that she needs the physical berry pass so I scooted behind the person who was in line next since I no longer had to find the photo on my phone. The people who came into the shop created a fork in the line, so I let them go in front of me because I was the one who caused the confusion. After they paid, the cashier would not accept that I was waiting in line, however, the woman she tried to help told me to go. The cashier scoffed when I came up to the counter. Then she was very abrupt with my sale, and as I was leaving I heard her tell the woman who let me go, "that was very kind of you." I turned around and said, "I've literally been waiting in line" to which the woman said, "I know you have." but the cashier wouldn't even look at me. It was not a great experience for me. Thankfully my daughter was oblivious to the encounter and enjoyed the ride itself.

This paintball field is on the grounds of Canyon View Camp a Christian camp. It's a family friend…read morepaintball field, which means no smoking, drinking, drugs, or bad language. There are two fields to play in. One is a speed ball field that is just inflatables, lots of open area. The other field is a wooded area that offers a wood tank, a fort, a Log fort, a 1950's Car, a huge metal pipe and bunkers. The field is border with netting to protect people not playing from getting it. There is a lot of cover and concealment. There is a staging area with table and the shop/store. The shop is just a wooden shed but that is where you check in, fill air, buy paint or snakes. They offer rental guns, masks, and protective vest. Their equipment is quite nice and kept in good order. There prices are pretty good, better than other fields. If you paid for all day air they will remind you to fill before the start of every game. You have to sign a waiver but the nice thing is you can do it online. Game play is run by at least two referees, they control the games really well. They wear bright clothing so you see them and they are fair. They call out player that have been hit and just to see if player have been hit. They use whistles to let everyone know the start and end of games. They run several types of games. I use a fake bomb that must be disarmed. Looks like real and has a countdown, if you don't disarm in time it blows up (sounds an alarm). There is two way to disarm one buy pressing a button to 60 sec or pull one of four plugs. If you pull the wrong plug you blow up. Overall this place is great and I would come back. CON is the bathroom. It's a long walk down a steep hill. You have to use the camps bathroom. The bathroom is nice but I rather have a port a potty they have to make that walk again.

I went into pick up my art and she told me it was donated to charity. I had missed the 30 day pick up policy and when I asked why no one called she pointed to a sign on her counter (yes pointed) and said we don't call. Wow I was part of a large party who went for the first time together in December. None of us were informed of a 30 day pick up policy or told our items would be donated if we miss the window and they won't call us. She actually told me to take it up with the group organizer. When I called him he was like, I didn't know about a 30 policy. Yep! Wow again! I feel like they stole my money and my art. I was two weeks over the policy I never heard about. When she looked up my group on the computer she read, oh the lotus tile. She knew! I said where did it go? She said they donate to charities around town. What charity? She said she doesn't have to tell me. I'm thinkn I could go buy it back but she refused to even get up and look for it or tell me what happened to it. Why? Because she knew what happened her get lips were sealed. ? Maybe ? We came in at chaos Xmas. Spent many many hundreds of dollars. I've gone two other times to pick this up and they were closed. I work in Portland. I've been sick for over two weeks and my 30 days were up 15 days ago. Surely you see how much money our party spent. Why no courtesy call to let the group organizer know there was one item still at the shop. You do want return customers. What a terrible taste left in mouth. At minimum the day before you donate it, CALL! Is this even legal. If it's donated where it can be sold idk. I never signed anything saying they could sell my art? Where is it or did it break? And if a charity has it on display somewhere then let me see if they have and offer to give them a financial donation instead. I mean this is nuts. She was so rude and unfriendly. If the store manager reaches out and they can help me track this down I will donate money to the charity for sure. I'm sure they would rather have money than a tile I painted. It was my first time painting. This was about creating memories and not do I have one. I just got done telling my large party what happened to me and they can't believe it. I will take this review down if I have a good experience with the store manager when she follows up with me please! Please call me please. I don't know of any retailer that has that short of a pick up policy during the holidays especially since they were closed several days around Xmas. This is ridiculous.
