Just the niche shop we needed ! We rolled into town without any hats and desperately needed to get some in the 100 degree heat. The shop is located right in the town square area which is very convenient. There's street parking all around the area. They do have a wide selection - from baseball caps to sun hats, and silly ones too. We got 2 sunsets and one had SPF. They also had big head hat options which was very much appreciated. The lady working there seemed very knowledgeable about hats. Unfortunately it did take a while to check out the people ahead of us as things were a bit slow moving in here. Walked out today without purchasing a hat. We've been shopping in this local store for 11 years. I was checking out hats for our summer cruise when my husband noticed the prominently displayed "Let's Go Brandon" baseball hats. Checked this place out when exploring downtown and this was a cute little hat shop. You walk in and there are displays of all kinds of hats. They carry so many designs, funny hats, work hats, cowboy hats, etc so you can be certain you will find what you are looking for. The guy that helped us was very sweet and super helpful. He told us that if a hat didn't fit right they are able to adjust the size to your liking which was great. The prices of the hats vary but they are all good quality. Definitely check this place out! Just make sure that when purchasing a hat, it fits well as returns/exchanges are not allowed (for good reason). read more

We purchased a hat for my husband on July 17th. By the time they added a string to keep it on and a hat band the total was almost $80. The hat is turning green where my husband has sweat. We brought the hat back today....8/4 and the owner said, "Wow. I've never seen that happen before.", but all he would do was let us buy another one for a discount. This place is a ripe off and their customer service is a joke. There is a sign by the register that says they will replace within two weeks, but, obviously, they do not even do that. The place has very cute hats and good quality too and I was looking at the hats with my mom and my mom had tried on a hat that she was actually excited to try. Then, this worker who's opinion nobody asked for goes, "i personally don't think that looks good on you" I just think it was rude and uncalled for. We saw this hat store as we were walking up and down Whisky Row in search of our next drink, and made sure to visit the next day. Bought a hat here about 10 years ago and it held up well. I was in need of a new hat and was going to Prescott for other reasons so I went back to this store. As it was years ago, the selection is great and the service is even greater. I had two different staff members offer helpful advice and feel that the customer service is a notch above what you receive in most establishments now a days.
