They also found $5000 more work including a broken shift cable (their fault) and didn't fix the latches on the air filter box. They just blasted two screws right through the side of it. Guy at desk comes in says they sent him wrong sizes. Ok not his fault. They already took tires off car and took 2 off rim . They put back on car. As I pulled out I heard a pop . My tire came off they didn't tighten lugs nuts . They ran out to street with jack and put tire on then hit every lug with a battery impact over torquing every lug nut. Went back day after got correct tire installed . Again no torque wrench or torque sticks they blasted lugs on with battery impact. I will not go back .

This shouldn't have taken a long time, so I planned for about an hour of my time. This ended up taking nearly 3 hours of my time. The price wasn't too bad for everything we got done, but the time could've been better. There was an understanding that they were short staffed, however when an appointment is made, there shouldn't be such a delay for simple services. The workers were extremely nice, however, and I would recommend them, just carve out a chunk of your day if you're going to wait. They also do not have a bathroom in the shop, so be aware of that too :)

Without going into specifics, I'll offer my review and recommendations. One of my vehicles had a fairly difficult issue to solve. I was completely aware that it would probably require a little trial and error to resolve. After being at Chris's for one week they returned my car and stated they replaced several expensive parts but the issue still existed. Great, thanks, I'll give someone else a chance. I scheduled an appointment at another location in hopes they'd have better luck. To my disappointment I learned that the work Chris's charged me for was never done. The mechanic from the 2nd location showed me the original parts and the abysmal workmanship that was performed. I was charged a whole lot of money for work that never occurred. Due to being a professional at his craft, the other mechanic was able to diagnose the problem and fix it to my satisfaction. I understand trying to diagnose a difficult problem but don't tell me you've exhausted all options when it was evident they were not.
