Terrible. I posted a review a few years ago in multiple places and it was interesting to see that they were all taken down after a short amount of time (not on Yelp). They probably claimed my review was fake. Well, I still have all of my receipts and I will share them with Yelp if that is an issue in the future.
I took in my car for a low coolant issue and was told it was the Lower Intake Manifold Gasket and they charged $1100 to fix it. After a week or so the light kept coming back on and it was still leaking. I gave them the car back multiple times and on one occassion, I arrived and my car was parked in the opposite direction than the previous times I was there. It was early in the morning when I picked it up so I didn't think about it but then when I got home and out of the car I found they left me a nice 1 inch wide by 12 inch long scratch -- the clear coat was ripped right off! I was so pissed and I could do nothing about it as I drove the car off the lot.
Finally, they told me my car had a bad head gasket and it would cost me $1800 to fix, even though they already charged me $1100 to do the LIM job previously. I told them no and brought it to another mechanic who found that this jerkoff STRIPPED the bolts holding on the lower intake manifold into the head. There is a technical service bulletin for changing these bolts every single time. Yes I still have pictures of the bolt and a video of the mechanic showing everything he found, including the threads from the head inside of the bolt threads. Absolutely disgusting people. I was ripped off and continue to tell everyone about their TERRIBLE service. Scratched my car, ruined my engine, didn't do the original job correctly! FOOLS. read more
