Service is well priced and billing for services rendered always aligned with what was quoted for that service and any necessary replacement. Beyond all that, there's the trust & peace of mind you feel that you're dealing w a straight up good dude, who will treat you right. Can be tough to get that in this space, and similar, like a good car mechanic.
