Fortunately he lives in a large city so a driver's license is more of a convenience than a necessity. Called and spoke with Nancy and enrolled Brandon the same day. She was more than helpful. I explained to her that he would be a handful and asked her to assign someone patient. I wish I could remember his name because he was terrific. Very patient, informative and a hell of a nice guy. She recommended that I take a 2-hr refresher course to start, and if I thought I needed more lessons after that, I can just call up again and set up more times. She wasn't pushy at all. Thank you! I think her recommendation was exactly what I needed. I was set up with an instructor named Dane. Wonderful, very personable, PATIENT man! Update: The driver called 30 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start with a whole story about how he couldn't find parking (I live next to a huge parking lot) and that he was running late, and I canceled because communication is key. She was very anxious about getting behind the wheel, but gained some good confidence after the lessons. Ahmed was very flexible and punctual to every appointment. To give my daughter some extra confidence before her road test (also wanted to maintain my blood pressure), purchased another 6 hours along with the road test package. Learning to drive stick was great with Jason and Redline Motor School. I previously tried to learn…read morevia my father and once again via my friend, but I wasn't quite successful. I decided to go with Jason because his reviews are all good and it was a good choice. I emailed him before deciding on what course I wanted to take and he was quick to respond and set up a time to discuss my questions on the phone. One the day of the course we met in an empty parking lot and Jason walked me through the basics/theory behind driving a stick. Once that was over it was time for me to get in the driver's seat. We drove around the lot practicing everything starting with starting/stopping and moving on as I gained confidence. Over the course of the lesson I learned to shift, start and stop, reversing and start on a hill. I didn't get a chance to go on the streets, but I was fine with that and the only reason I didn't is because I was kept asking Jason to practice things until I really felt comfortable. Had the lesson been slightly longer I'm sure I would've been on the streets. Jason does a great job of explaining the theory behind driving stick and answering any and every question you have along way. If you want to learn stick and are looking for a great instructor don't hesitate to book your session with Jason. Also, if you just need a manual car to practice on Jason also offers great rates for that as well.

The class consisted of watching videos and a discussion after each video where Dexter made sure we knew the key points of the video and made sure we understood. After going over all the topics, we practiced our CPR and ran a code for bradycardia, tachycardia, and cardiac arrest. It was very interactive so be prepared to be engaged and participate but you will definitely learn and come out prepared for your job!
