Now, I understand that I can't expect someone to be available 24/7 to answer a text, but after three days of no response after day one, I gave up and tried another driving school, where I was able to IMMEDIATELY reach someone by phone and schedule their services. You must be extremely persistent if you want to go to this driving school. I should have tried another driving school right away, honestly.

Sergio was so nice and pleasant in front of me but what he did to my child behind my back left her traumatized. She had just lost her father in the pandemic and was already dealing with alot of emotions. When she would come back from her driving lessons crying I was convinced that she was just nervous and emotional. No new driver is ever not nervous. Little did I know, Sergio would yell at her and verbally abuse her in the vehicle. One day, I was literally driving home from work and had to pull over by the driving school to calm her down before her lesson. End result she failed her first road test and we never sent her back there. Starting over at a new driving school was nerve wrecking for her because she expected the same treatment.
