Updated: Nov 14, 2023…read more I have been working out in a 6week program for the last 3-wks. I still stand behind my first review. The classes are hard (it's been years since I worked out) but 100% worth signing up with them. I have never met such a great group of people/trainers - very informative, pushed you to work harder and cheers you on not only for the last sets but that you showed up and did it. They continue to check on you when you are not in the gym and are available for any questions or just to listen. I am almost 50 and have been in the gym scene 30+ years and this place beats every single one that I have been to. ********** ************ When an appointment was set - from that moment, I was sent text messages checking auto reminders, a picture of who I was meeting with, a short video clip on how excited she was to meet me, what my motivation was, a map and pictures of the location and their parking. That alone felt like a group cared about me and was happy for me to want to meet them. When I got there, I was greeted with a smile and that person already knew my name and introduced himself. My meeting with Andrea was informative and the information she gave me solidified that this gym and staff was a place where I would be held accountable and have a cheering section. I felt like I might have actually found a team that would cheer for successes and rally for disappointments.

I've been a member for almost 2 years, and barring vacations and sickness, I would consider myself a regular. ME! The gym is open different hours each day: Monday 8a-12p, 4p-8p Tuesday 4p-8p Wednesday 8a-12p, 4p-8p Thursday 4p-8p Friday 8a-12p Saturday 8a-12p The premise is an all women's gym of boxing, kickboxing, self-defense at stations, all completed in 30 minutes. There is a trainer on the floor with you at all times, and they are wonderful at changing up the moves for you based on your abilities. You are at each station for 2 minutes, changing from single to double time every 15 seconds. Rest for 15 seconds, move on to the next station. Rinse and repeat. The owners, Matt and Tami, the trainers, and the HIT community are all amazing. You can come in at anytime during open hours (no sign ups necessary), and as many days each week as you'd like. There's also an option to do Hit at Home. The gym is very clean, and parking is available right outside the door. Your first workout is a free trial - give it a try and find out for yourself how great it is!

This is the best gym around! I have searched all over to find a gym that not only trains their…read moreclients but welcomes every level of athletes! I have worked out for most of my life and was an athlete in school so the gym is not new to me, so I thought. The coaches here at M4G CrossFit open every class with a QOD-question of the day! This allows everyone to get to know each other better and find out who has things in common with you. They discuss the warm up and workouts but they also BREAK DOWN EVERY MOVE...what? Wait, did I really say that?!? Yes I did! They want you to learn proper form and correct technique so you don't get hurt doing something you don't know how to do; or get hurt doing something you thought you knew how to do. And guess what, I found out there is a lot I thought I knew but my form was off. Definitely explains those days of "oh my shoulder hurts" or "won't do that move again". We only know as much as we are taught, right? These coaches are awesome! There is so much offered here: multiple classes throughout the day, open gym, partner WODs, OnRamp (beginners training), and personal training. Not only does this gym support its members in their health and fitness goals but they are a huge supporter of the community. They do community events to raise money for our city! How cool is that?? If you're looking for "just a gym", you won't find it here. If your looking for a fitfam that pushes, motivates, and supports you...you've nailed it here. Come check these guys out!
