Emily also watched Jake when we went on a cruise, and he did not come home stressed or ill, like if he stays in a kennel. She sent daily videos and/or pictures of him and we felt so comfortable leaving our little man. I am that nervous dog Mom but Emily always makes me feel so much peace of mind. Most importantly, she is dependable, on time, and will always give us a heads up if she has something coming up, so that we can be prepared ahead of time. I can't say enough!!!

We always enjoy seeing the photos while away. We can see how happy they are. It is also nice how they check on our house too and bring in packages. I would like to give them a special shout out for the care that they gave our pets while we were away during a recent large snowstorm. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to make it to our house because of the severity of the storm. they kept in touch and made sure that there was enough food and water for our fur babies in case they wee unable to make it back at the scheduled time. We didn't want them to endanger themselves and knew that they would be fine if they couldn't make it back. All went well and they reported back to us the next morning when the roads were cleared and they could make it back. They dug out a spot on the deck for our dog to get out and go the the bathroom and all was well. This is a great company and they truly love the pets that they are taiga care of.
