Staff morale has dropped, customer satisfaction is declining, and management decisions have been frustrating and confusing--at one point, a Queen of All Greens smoothie was somehow made pink. That's just one example, but it reflects a bigger issue. It's disappointing, because I truly enjoyed being a part of the team. But due to the ongoing decline in quality and poor management, I've made the difficult decision to resign. I honestly didn't want to leave, but I know it's the right choice.
