When I walked back in the store and explained what happened, Maricelli blew up another balloon to replace the one that had popped. The other employee helped her, as well. All the balloons were restrung for me without me even asking. Maricelli helped me put them in the trunk and she was polite and sweet. Customer service was excellent! The balloons were also beautiful! They had a great selection and I used a rose gold color that I couldn't find at any other store. I have been shopping at The Party Exchange for years and I am happy to see it is still a great store with great customer service even in these crazy times we are living in. Fran April 2022

One of the expensive $9 balloons never even made it inside the party because they tied it to loosely, you know what they said when I went to get a refund.... well sorry no refund because you should have called us within 24 to 48 hours that's the policy. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I left or where it was in writing well it's not a policy so the manager got a call and said no refund. In addition one of the Silly String cans just ran liquid all down the side which Josefina said it before I even told her, she said oh yeah it ran down the side....no refund. Manager still a big no even though it was only one week ago but because I didn't call them within 24 to 48 hours no refund. I doubt I would have gotten one anyway. Josefina says well I can give you a store credit. Yeah like I'm really ever going to go there again. You have been warned there's other bad reviews starting to stack up.

Very disappointed with my last rental experience at the Debary Location. I rented a mini Cat…read more excavator. When I started it up at the jobsite it was leaking hydraulic fluid substantially. I called to inform Volusia Rental right away. Their response was that they were aware of the leak. This is the reason for my discontent. I would not have rented a piece of equipment that was faulty that I would have to stop using to go purchase hydraulic fluid and refill repeatedly. More importantly, I would not let a customer rent a piece of equipment in this condition. Along with the fact that one the trailer tires had been leaking air to the point it was almost flat. I neglected to inspect this. Duh! I thought this was their responsibility before sending out. I have rented from this location on several occasions in the past, but it seems that they have gotten too comfortable with repeat business and are neglecting their equipment and the customer. What really broke the camels back was that when I requested a discount on the rental for my inconvenience of having to purchase fluid specific to this equipment and an Allen key to open the access panel at the fluid reservoir, it was met with a sense of irritation as if I was inconveniencing them. WTF? Oh well, so much for trying to support local business. Moving on. Beware.
