I was having such a hard time finding a costume last second for Mickey's Halloween Party. I decided to give Party City a try. Their adult Disney costumes were seriously limited. When I asked the employee about the Rey costume he initially said they didn't have any. However I thankfully found my size towards the back of the store on a rack with other random costumes. It was close to $50 for the costume which is a bit pricey. However the cashier was super friendly and allowed me to use a coupon that made it slightly more affordable. It was 20% off my purchase I think. It made the costume a bit more reasonably priced. The costume design itself isn't ideal in the sense the legs aren't pants....so it's like wearing a onesie all night. However I thought it ended up working really well overall for a costume for me.

So glad I have this place nearby for my birthday decorating needs! The selection is vast and usually has everything I need. The Halloween costumes are fun. The only downside is the "dressing rooms" that are setup to try on the costumes.

My family and I have been buying party items here for years. And we basically love the customer service every time we come for special occasions.

Nice store with lots of party stuff for birthdays, weddings or Halloween. This store is pretty big and has lots of things for party's but not enough for young kid's,prices are okay and not even once was asked if we needed help. Check out was quick and store is clean and well organize. Over all this is a nice location with many other businesses around and close to the mall.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is my first poor review due to the experience that I had with trying to process a costume exchange. I purchased my daughters Halloween costume from Party City, she happened to grow so fast that it no longer fits her. I asked to do an exchange for a larger size. The costume is still in the same packaging and never worn. I walked in, waited about five mi minutes for the manager, Crystal. Her demeanor and body language was off putting. She made it seem as if my presence was bothering her and did not want to do the exchange without a receipt. She clearly saw that I purchased the costume from Party City as they have the exact same one in stock. She knew my situation, she showed zero empathy or solutions to me not having a receipt for an EXCHANGE! I could completely understand if I wanted a refund, but that wasn't the case. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Crystal is clearly in the wrong line of work. I will NEVER purchase anything from Party City again. There is too much competition for them to treat customers like that.

    Fitting rooms loaded with merchandise!!!:/

I know that when I go to Party City I will find all of my party needs. The only problem is that they have closed all the ones near me.

I give this chain credit for basically being a nationwide "Pop-up" store! I am always amazed at the…read moreamount of stuff they have in here, from costumes to decorations to huge lawn spooks! It's just fun to walk around and see what they do! I like that I can shop without being constantly approached and asked if I need help, yet if I do need help, a staff member is never too far away and always friendly and helpful. My wife wanted to dress up as a cat for a Halloween party at her work, and she found everything she needed. Plus, their prices are cheaper than Amazon, and a lot more selection. While I don't always dress up for Halloween, it's good to know that I can come here and find something!

They have a decent selection of costumes for adults and children, even pets. We went in looking for decorations for our house. We ended up buying some realistic and scary skull tiki torches and some black spot lights. They had some really cool stuff, including life-size talking , moving Jason's, Hannibal's, demons and skeletal farmers. They are as cool as they are expensive: $200-250 each. The other stuff we looked at was reasonably priced. There are bats flying in the air and brooms dancing around the floor by themselves. The store is full of things screaming, shaking, and rattling- even a chandelier hanging from the ceiling that shook as if it were haunted. I'm definitely going to be heading over there the day after Halloween to see if I can grab any deals! I think you'll be happy to have stopped in here for your Halloween needs...

They have a huge selection of all materials for sewing projects. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Karen. She took me exactly to the area I needed to look in. She saved me time wondering around. They had plenty of the material I was looking for. Unfortunately I didn't find the right color. I noticed they offered different price ranges on all materials. They also offer sewing machines, machine repair, and project classes. Staff is available and ready to help. They are well staffed.

Our experience was a mixed bag. No greetings. No introductions. I was there for a sewing machine as mine ended up in storage in another state. Finally found a clerk willing to help me out, did the paperwork and actually was rejected for the payment plan. Zero redirect to the reconditioned machines as a possibility, which my daughter had found when we split up. *I only mention the rejection because we left, went to another store who used the exact same company for payment plans and was approved in minutes & walked out with what could easily be described as a higher value machine (&yes, price) in no time. Back to this store. I have no idea the organization of this store. I'm more of a clothes maker than quilting, but really only found formal wear materials and some others. Also buttons, but kinda sparse selections. I usually sew church clothes & work clothes but also other random items like pj's. All that to say, it didn't come across as a fabric store where a variety of styles are supported. I was persona non grata after my "denial" so the items I was purchasing outright got put back. I didn't have the plague & I had cash. Just not $3k+ in cash. Unsure how the business stays afloat as this is not a way to attract repeat business. My daughter saw how I was ignored and put her items back as well. Question for the owner. Is this a common style of customer service that you want to present? Why did the other shop offer a payment plan with the exact same company for a higher priced item than your store did?
