Once I decided on the boxing ring bounce house and the giant inflatable dart board, he had a contract emailed to me when we got off the phone securing the date and time. When the big day rolled around, the staff member, Josh, arrived early and had everything out and blown up within minutes. He also was super friendly and had no problem with how many times we changed our mind about where to set it up (Sorry about that)! The party was a huge success and everyone had a blast - adults and kids. I'd keep that that set up in my back yard every day if I could! We weren't sure when the party would end or if it would start raining, so Josh just said to text him when we were ready to shut it down and he would head our way. He cleaned everything up quickly and without any issue. On top of the awesome customer service, the clean, high quality equipment and the convenience of a flexible schedule, No Limit Event Rentals had the best prices out of anyone. I checked with every company in the Orlando area, and most charged a ridiculous "trip fee" to go to my neighborhood in addition to their already steep prices or didn't have much of a selection at all. Prior to booking I called to discuss pick-up and how it would work. They promised me that we could pick everything up the night before so that the event could run smoothly. They told me that they would reach out to coordinate a pick-up from their warehouse. I did not hear back from them. I reached out again just days before the event and was once again told that I needed to wait for their warehouse to reach out to me. On the day that I was supposed to do the pick-up I was told a range of "probably" 5-8 p.m. I arrived at 5:45 and no one was there. I called them (the person on the phone sounded annoyed, how dare I want this information....) and was told that they were leaving Tampa and I would get a call when they were almost there so that I could come pick everything up. I waited and waited and waited and never got a call. I called pack and went to voicemail. My event started the following morning at 8 a.m., at 9:15 I got a call from a very kind receptionist who had no idea what had happened. Truly, avoid this company at all costs. They are incredibly unreliable and will lie directly to your face.
