We initially reached out to her via on Facebook Messenger and she called us back within 24 hours - if not sooner. From our first meeting to the actual wedding date, she was beyond flexible, courteous, full of ideas and her work was/is spotless. She has multiple packages to choose from. The package we chose included engagement pictures and a second photographer. For our engagement pictures, we spoke on the phone, through text and emails and shared our ideas of where we'd like to get them done. She was able to take our vision and put it into reality. We had our dog and my son also join us and to have our whole family be in our engagement photos meant the world to us. Kimberly was beyond patient and accommodating. Throughout the whole process, she kept in contact with us, if something changed she kept us up to date. Last Sunday we got married and it was the best day of our lives, many thanks to Kimberly Santana for capturing those moments. She is extremely easy to work with and very down to earth. Their pricing was less expensive than other vendors we spoke to and their offerings were huge. I think it was 13 or 14 pages of options to choose from! We ended up with 6 appetizers for cocktail hour (3 hot, 3 cold), 2 proteins, 3 sides, salad and rolls. They also provided table linens, glassware, napkins and silverware plus coffee, tea and lemonade. Some of this is not included with other catering packages and is an extra fee but MO included it in our package price! When our big day arrived everything was wonderful! I only tried one of the appetizers but I heard the bacon wrapped dates and crab dip were great! We also got several compliments about how good dinner was! MO provided 2 bartenders for us as well that served the alcohol we provided. Aside from the comments about the food, we also had many people come up to us and say how friendly everyone was. Overall, Magic Occasions was not only within our budget, but provided delicious food and friendly staff! I'm so happy we made the decision to use them for our big day!
