The primary issue is that two of the three games didn't work. The inflatable skeeball machine came with a torn power cord for the blower. The inside wires were clearly exposed, and as a result, it kept deflating. With a lot of duct tape, we were able to get it to function for the three hours. The other, which operated on just a simple 9v battery, died after one use, and of course, we didn't have another 9v battery. Fortunately, a neighbor did, so we were able to get it fixed within an hour. (The third game did not have any electronic parts.) They were also very odd with the contract. You pay a deposit, then - even though they have your credit card - you have to "authorize payment" in full two day before. Totally fine. Except that I did authorize payment both by email and text, well in advance of the deadline - and they STILL cancelled my order and attempted to charge me a "reinstatement fee," which I had to call to fight with them to get it removed. Failed to respond to emails asking for additional rental of tables. We also had to pay a "late pickup" fee because our event started at 6, and they refused to pick up any later than 9pm, despite paying the late pick up fee and repeated requests over the weeks leading up to the event, including offers to pay more for a later pick up. Literally, kids are playing at 9:03, and they disconnected the power. Overall, they just weren't nice, and the equipment was pretty sad and worn down. Definitely will stick with the tried and true companies, who seem to appreciate their customers and to understand that renting party stuff should be JOYFUL and FUN, not mean and difficult.

Once I decided on the boxing ring bounce house and the giant inflatable dart board, he had a contract emailed to me when we got off the phone securing the date and time. When the big day rolled around, the staff member, Josh, arrived early and had everything out and blown up within minutes. He also was super friendly and had no problem with how many times we changed our mind about where to set it up (Sorry about that)! The party was a huge success and everyone had a blast - adults and kids. I'd keep that that set up in my back yard every day if I could! We weren't sure when the party would end or if it would start raining, so Josh just said to text him when we were ready to shut it down and he would head our way. He cleaned everything up quickly and without any issue. On top of the awesome customer service, the clean, high quality equipment and the convenience of a flexible schedule, No Limit Event Rentals had the best prices out of anyone. I checked with every company in the Orlando area, and most charged a ridiculous "trip fee" to go to my neighborhood in addition to their already steep prices or didn't have much of a selection at all. There are not enough good things to say about this company. If you want to have the coolest party of the year and not spend a fortune doing it, go with No Limit.

The whole process from booking, payment, and event date was very smooth. The staff on site for the event were so patient, friendly, and accommodating (drunk people/ wedding.. you already know). Communication was great through yelp, email and text. We were able to agree on a theme and font for the printed photos. On the day of my event, they came early and set it all up, explaining what to do. They did not staff the booth with an attendant because of covid. Also, because of covid, there were limited props but I was just happy to have some props provided! We took a lot of photos and were able to send digital copies to ourselves. Each photo printed two copies in color or black and white, your choice. Sometimes the team comes at the end of the event to clean up and take down the booth, but we agreed on the next day. They showed up right on time and helped themselves. They did not leave a mess or anything behind. Overall, great communication. They delivered exactly what I wanted and they were on time, professional, and courteous. I would recommend them for your next event.
