DO NOT SELECT THEM FOR YOUR WINDOW INSTALLATION! My window replacement order from 2022 is still not…read morecomplete and it's currently April 2024. My order was mismanaged and repeatedly incorrect. I was over charged and told that it would be corrected at the end.... It hasn't ended and I'm still paying on the incorrect amount. My home has been left in disarray and in violation of HOA code. And to make it worse, it keeps failing county inspection. RUN unless you want to waste your time and your money.

We contracted Home Depot Services Lake Mary FL to replace a large kitchen window in our home…read moreconsisting of three separate windows in Feb 2022 and paid in full $6789. The first install attempt in July 2022 failed when it was discovered that the windows were made incorrectly due to incorrect measurement submissions by the Home Depot associate. The windows were reordered, and in Oct 2022, a second attempt was made to install the new set of remade windows. Unfortunately, the contractor removed the existing windows, prior to taking measurements that morning to ensure the new windows were correct. Due to incorrect measurements taken for second time......, the windows could not be installed. The exposed window area had to be temporarily enclosed with the new windows butted up against one another and were secured by duct tape and temporary nails in place. On Dec 23, 2022, the third set of windows arrived, and the contractor discovered modifications would need to be made to the physical building structure for this third set of windows to fit properly. This time the mull bars were not accounted for in the overall dimensions. The stucco work was never part of the original install agreement. Due to the this additional work required, we asked that the work be postponed until after the Holiday. On Jan 3, 2023, the contractor installed the third set of windows with necessary modifications to the physical window opening. On Jan 26, 2023, we met with the contractor to go over the punch list. We have not heard back on the noted list of repairs. In addition, we discovered the original building permit had expired sometime in 2022. Therefore, the windows were installed on Jan 3, 2023, without an active building permit. We spoke to Home Depot on Jan 26, 2023, about the building permit issue and in early Feb 2023, miraculously a new building permit package arrived. We called Home Depot on Feb 14, 2023, to find out next steps. They had not returned our call as of Feb 27, 2023. Communication with this business is non existent. Too many hands and organizations involved in the process with no central owner. We have reached out to corporate for assistance and never received any response.

A denial letter is forthcoming. " - FrankCrum General Agency 07/23/2025. Not because they weren't responsible for the installation, but because they are not insured for negligent workmanship. To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.
