A postcard lands in my mailbox promising me a house warming gift, but I got to call this number. So I call and I'll get the gift card ( a $25 Amazon by my choice) after I consent to a 45 minute water testing. Fine, I say, water is probably pretty bad anyway. A college aged gentleman arrives promptly and proceeds with a spellbinding demonstration of how my water reeks of high chlorine levels and sediment. It all makes sense and who can argue with science, right? Then comes the price along with mathematical reasoning of why about $100 a month isn't so bad when your detergent should last longer, less wear on appliances, and even a 5 year supply of soaps and detergents. At this point, it's actually making sense and I'm buying into the sales pitch. But this scientific miracle is about 7K which seems a bit excessive. Then, after a rather cursory google search of the company, you find numerous complaints about the product. It's falling apart, poor customer service, it uses to much of this. Seems odd after such rave reviews in their brochure and a better business bureau seal of approval. Shall I give it a try? Why such excessive pricing? Why go throw such a gimmick if your so confident of your product? I finally got another follow-up postcard about the gift card, requiring more information and to mail it back, which seems like a hoax to me. read more

So there rep came out and pitched me.Nice guy,very knowledgeble.But sleazy sells techniques.First off comes to my door in the morning, when my appt. was in the evening.Plays dumb and acts as if he doesnt know.Then leaves my home and text me an hour later and says he cannot honor the price he quoted me,because his manager wouldnt let him.Use that bullshit for someone that has never been in sales.I have been in sales my whole life and was taught those techniques when I was young.I never used them,because I sell ethically.You guys may have a quality product, but do business the right away.You will be better off in the long run.I decided to go with another company.At least they didnt play any games.Wont refer anyone to your company. read more

Have had a few issues about the way they go about their business. My biggest issue is we were told we'd be getting 5 years of soap and etc .... We were told we'd get it I'm with in 30 days . ......... been two months and guess what ....... Still waiting for our 5 year supply ...... and when the company is contacted we are told a different story each time . read more

We had a pretty good idea our water had issues. We had stains on our faucets and everything. We had our water tested and realized how bad it was, we got a Puronics system and it has made a huge difference! This company came thru with everything promised! I did not purchase puronics water filtration system, so this is not a review on the actual product. This is a review for their salesman. He came to our home at 7pm and did a water test and then tells us the product price I told him I wanted to sleep on it I will not make a huge purchase like that on the spot I wanted to think it over and do my research. His attitude completely changed and was extremely rude to my husband and I. And that was what lost the sale for us, we were considering it until then. After doing my I am so glad that happened!
