Best water damage restoration company for insurance claims -- hands down…read more I had a burst pipe in one of my rental properties in Tarentum, PA and needed emergency water removal and water mitigation fast. Un-Flood-It showed up within 2 hours, performed immediate water extraction, and had the damaged materials removed the same day. Their response time and professionalism were outstanding. The water also got into my furnace and ruined the control board, which could have caused major additional damage. Ken, Boyd, Logan, Brennan, and Greg quickly set up an industrial heater and drying equipment to restore heat and start the drying process right away. What really made the difference was how well they handled the insurance claim process. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster, stayed organized, and documented everything properly -- which made the claim go smoothly. My adjuster even said Un-Flood-It is the best in the business, and after seeing their work, I completely agree. If you're dealing with water damage, a burst pipe, or need water mitigation for an insurance claim, I highly recommend Un-Flood-It. Fast, professional, and they know exactly how to handle both the job and the insurance side.

We recently returned from a trip to find a broken water line in the basement. The water company…read moresaid it was running for five days. Needless to say the basement was flooded and there was also damage on the first floor. The plumber recommended Unfloodit and the insurance company said it was on their list of companies to call. Within a day a crew was here to help clean up the basement and take down the drywall. They explained what needed to be done to eliminate any mold issues. They set up their equipment and came every day for five days to take moisture readings. The whole team was very professional and I would definitely recommend Un-floodlit. No mold here!

What sets this company apart is that they do more than treat and remove or encapsulate your mold…read moreproblems. They figure out the cause or source of the problem and fix that, too. They investigated all our locations of potential mold, treated everything and then encapsulated what they could, repainting the walls in their original colors with anti-microbial paint. Then they removed and cleared out of the house whatever could not be saved. Oh, and they also emptied the shelves/bookcases/wine racks for us. But they also checked the roof, fixed gutters and downspouts, improved some landscaping around the house to improve drainage, and did some exterior caulking. They were quick and easy to schedule. They showed up on time, worked hard and finished in 3 days, as promised, cleaning up after themselves before they left. Dmitri, who runs this show, was always professional and personable. He always took the time to explain what was going to be done, why and how. At the end, he showed us again why and how everything was done. He was not my lowest quote, but he provided the most comprehensive and complete solution to our home's problems. He also left us with a five-year, fully transferable warranty. I gladly recommend this company.

She asked me to text her the name and address of our client. I called our client to let him know that she was going to finish up a home review and head right over. She did just that! She helped him move his belongings as well as some valuables that he really would have been sad to lose. they started right away on removing the water and saving his beautiful hard wood.
