It was time for our heat pump and air handler to be replaced. I collected estimates from 6…read moredifferent HVAC companies. Thankfully we were not under the gun with an extreme weather situation. After speaking to Christopher, the company owner, I quickly realized his company was the right fit for me. His knowledge was unmatched and never once did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything or squeeze every last penny out of my situation. Not only was his estimate reasonable, but I received better quality equipment than what the other outfits were trying to sell me at a higher price. Install went well as they were methodical to make sure it was done right the first time. If you live in the Noblesville area and value working with a local business that has personal touch, I would recommend giving these guys a look.

We arrived home after work on a weekday and realized our furnace had stopped working. After several…read moreattempts of trying to fix the problem with no success and the outside temperature currently at 18 degrees we started looking for a repair company. The neighborhood page had several recommendations for Dutch Heating and Cooling. I called the service number and left a message. After approximately 5 minutes my call was returned and a service technician projected an ETA of about 90 minutes. The service technician "Christopher" arrived in the time frame projected. He was polite, professional, and explained the problem along with how it was being repaired. The cost for the service was affordable and I won't hesitate to call them again when I need their services. Definitely consider them as an option if you need anything in their area of expertise.

Routine inspection of my furnace found a capacitor that was starting to show signs of going out of…read morespec. Was told the part was under warranty, but the part would be $280 to install. The technician had the part already in his hand, and it is a plug and play part, which may at most cost $5. This is horrible business practice, and I will no longer be doing business with Plumbing Heating Paramedics. This company promotes pulling a fast one on their customers, as Wayne the tech mentioned to me he knows the part is very inexpensive, yet still chooses to work for this company, and then was attempting to force his religeon on me by saying I would be finding Jesus some day. BEWARE of this company who trains their employees to follow this poor business practice.

Because I had purchased a furnace from Plumbing and Heating Paramedics and received excellent…read moreservice and a fair price, they were first on my list when I found an outdoor water faucet frozen after the winter's cold weather. A technician came out and inspected it. He said he needed to turn water off to the whole house but probably would run into a problem with the shut off valve, and recommended that be replaced also. The total bill was going to be almost $1000. I wanted to think about it so paid him $85 for a service call and told him I would get back to him in a few days. In the meantime I spoke with a friend who has some plumbing knowledge and he told me how to make the repair. I didn't need to shut off the water at all. It cost me less than $6 and took about 5 minutes. I definitely feel I this technician was trying to swindle me. I called the owner and asked to speak with him to give him a chance to rectify the situation, but after leaving a message because he wasn't available never got a return call. I would avoid these people because now I sincerely questioned their honesty and/or competency.
