We were expecting our items to arrive in 2 weeks but instead it arrived in 1 by a driver named Deaa. Although our move was such short notice they arrived prepared to take it on no matter the size. We were a little worried our fragile items would arrive broken but that wasn't the case. Everything was brought in one piece. Thank you Rami Farr for making this process easy for us and the constant check ins while our things were on the move. Also, thank you to the two movers that picked up our items Yaz and Sam. We definitely will be recommending Go Pro Movers to family and friends. Also I wanted to mention that we liked that there was a contract that never changed from start to finish. The price I was given at pick up was the price at drop off. Thank you again! :) I wanted to do a quick update because I seen other unhappy customers saying that I may be apart of the company and a fraud review. I mean everyone has their own experiences and it's unfortunate that there's weren't so great. I moved my things from Los Angeles to the Midwest, everything happened so fast and they delivered in such short notice. I don't know for the next person and all I can give you is my experience. ‍ I included everyone's names so they can get their recognition as I'm sure there are many different people to the company. I can't speak for other employees except for the ones that took on our load. Wish you the best of luck on your future experience but I had issues Thanks!

They portrayed themselves as a valid moving company. In reality, they have no trucks. Someone by the name Clark promised very low price of moving and very fast delivery. Price of moving about 1.5 lower than other companies and 7-9 days delivery. At the pick up , three guys that came in declared another $900 to the initial price. Clark and later his boss, no name given, asked for the deposit and another $500 at the pick up. It took many phone calls with infrequent answering, to get the promise of delivery in 17 days. No bill of laden was given or a contract. Only after I insisted, they emailed it to me. At delivery date, movers categorically asked only for cash payment and threatened not to unload without strictly cash payment. A few broken items along with an above nightmare. The woman who answered said it would be just under $100 with an hour minimum. They sent two men which wasn't really necessary....while one was working the other was chatting with me about our pets. I timed both visits which were at an hour each so I was assuming $200 for the work. When I received the bill it was much more and was not itemized. I called to complain and was told Mike wasn't going to be back until the following week. I never received a call so I called again. This time the woman said the difference between the quote she gave me and the bill was the drive time to and from the shop. After the 2nd visit the man Tom told me he was finished for the day and going home. So I should not have been charged drive time back to the shop. If the office lady is going to give out prices she needs to mention drive time is not included. They did not offer senior discounts. And the materials charge for a small amount of grout used was high. On the positive side, Tom was a pleasant man and did a good job replacing the two tiles that we supplied him with.

So yes, when I saw the invoice, I looked at it a couple of times and I made the payment . They didn't do anything that their employees said they did, but I'm sure mom and dad are going to believe their kids over a customer. The owner responded back on here, but yet I left numerous messages for the owner to call me prior to posting this on here and they refuse to call so they can say what they want. Doesn't bother me one bit, but before anybody uses this company I would think twice and find somewhere else to go just my personal opinion. And by the way, the owner does have my phone number and not once have they reached out. they would rather just make me look like a piece of trash that didn't want to pay my bill when the bill is paid in full.
