Avoid their six week challenges if you value your health. They preach over processed foods, provide ZERO support and constantly tell you to "just try eating some meat" while also telling you how unhealthy it is to be vegetarian or otherwise. Their business and billing practices are entirely shady. They use high pressure sales tactics and are in multiple violations of state advertising regulations. They over state their success rates and downplay health risks associated with their programs.

Nothing has pushed me harder or been put more specific attention on the areas that I really wanted to work on more than having a personal trainer who really knows what they are doing. I've had sessions with several of the trainers at Fitness Together and they are all very knowledgeable and really care about my needs. They also give me nutrition counseling!
