When I came in, I was told to pick a color and have a seat in the pedicure chair. There was water in the basin but it was ice cold. I stuck my feet in it, not expecting it to be freezing and then promptly took my feet out. I sat there for about 15mins freezing, with the door open and wind blowing on my cold (and now wet) feet. Eventually, someone did come and put warm water in the basin, but at that point my feet had no time to soak before my pedi started. The tech barely did any removal of callus'. She also clipped my toenails crooked and left sharp edges. I have poor eye-sight so I can't really see my toes from that far away so I didn't notice the sharp edges and crooked filing until I got home and my husband said something. So much for treating myself.

I brought my little guy in for a haircut and the wonderful lady that took care of him was very patient with him and took her time on the little details! He is almost 6 years old and does not like getting his haircut around his ears at all... ( he hates the loud buzzing right in his ears ) but his haircut turned out AMAZING!! We went to a different barber shop for his last haircut that came highly recommended but we were not impressed... my son LOVES his fresh cut so much that he looks in a mirror any chance he gets! Lol there were some other clients that had come in while I was waiting for them to finish with my son and every client left looking amazing! They were all very friendly and it's very clear they take pride in their work. We will definitely be coming here from now on for all of my son's haircuts

Then she said it was just for a trim and highlights. Whatever. But she was new I think and cut my hair in some crazy style that I told her please not to do. Finally I was going to pay and she said she wouldn't take my debit card because she wouldn't get her tip that day and made me walk to the bank across the street to get money out. (They did have the ability to use my card, she just didn't want to because of the tip). Oh plus she charged me $40 extra. I got my groupon refunded. This was the first time I've ever cried over a bad haircut. Don't go here, ever. No wonder the place was empty.

Only the loyal clients that's been there from day 1 would understand this review And a few new clients....And the owner is by far to generous and nice she will always make sure the clients are satisfied no matter what. I know it's gross but I usually pick them when I'm feeling anxious. I had one heck of a week and felt so proud/accomplished for growing them out! I wanted them nice and long for my trip so when I sat down I said "please keep as much of the length as possible". I soaked for maybe 4 seconds. Then first thing he did, cut off all my growth. I almost started to cry. Not to mention, he's been huffing and puffing the whole time like me being here is an inconvenience. Seriously what is that reverse moon shape?? My nails were longer than my the top of my toe when I arrived. Definitely won't be coming back
