Several layers of cuticles hadn't been trimmed. The owners ignored my complaint. They showed no professional concern. Not a word of apology or suggestion. They simply left without a word. When the employees don't have customers, they're on their phones or sleeping in the pedicure chairs. They don't have time to keep their stations clean. they don't sanitize their tools.The worst are the nail dryers. It's a shame they even serve them to customers. They're dirty and disgusting. There's a complete lack of hygiene. I don't recommend this place.

Then she said it was just for a trim and highlights. Whatever. But she was new I think and cut my hair in some crazy style that I told her please not to do. Finally I was going to pay and she said she wouldn't take my debit card because she wouldn't get her tip that day and made me walk to the bank across the street to get money out. (They did have the ability to use my card, she just didn't want to because of the tip). Oh plus she charged me $40 extra. I got my groupon refunded.
