My hair was highlighted incorrectly and turned platinum blonde, which I never asked for. It appeared to be over-processed, or the wrong toner was used. I typically require a level 9 toner, and it's clear that was not applied. Because of how poorly the service turned out, I had to find another salon open on a Sunday to correct it, as it was not suitable for work. At this point, I am requesting a refund due to the repeated issues and the additional time and expense required to fix the mistake.

What I mean by that is most times you ask Hair Stylist to only takeoff a little they takeoff a lot, Dawn makes you feel very comfortable and only takes off a little. The shop is clean and very today looking and located in a shopping center that has plenty of parking. They also offer an array of products for your hair. You can tell the employees all love working there because they all have a positive rapport with one another which I think helps with the quality of energy during your visit. She wasn't even part of the Yelpers (just a restaurant patron) and was telling me that she is a hairdresser herself and she can spot a great highlight job when she sees it (that sounded redundant). I was so flattered! Rosemarie is usually booked up so I know I have to call in advanced to get an appointment. She is worth the wait, though! When I was out of the country, I had to go to another hairstylist because I couldn't hold out any longer (I waited 4 months!!) and it was a mess. I went back to her as soon as I got back to have the disaster fixed. Her prices are amazing!! AMAZING! Men's haircut is $20, Woman's haircut is around $40 and color varies depending on the hair length. For the haircut, she shampoos, cuts, blow dries, and then texturizes. She's an expert colorist and I've seen some of her clients that came from other salons to have their color fixed because it was a mess.
