Beatriz, we do follow cleaning/sanitizing procedures from Board of Cosmetology. All the tools are cleaned/sanitized and place in sealed bags.

I told her not too thick, & not to thin. That's exactly what she did. Just a touch up. It was a very pain-free experience. I got the feeling that they use high quality wax and I was right. Heard other patrons talking about it. She even applied Aloe Vera to cool down the sensation, which wasn't bad at all. Some places don't do that. They sell many different types of products for your skin and hair. What I liked was that they didn't convince, nor force you to buy anything. To be honest with you, the price for both were a tad expensive. I paid $31 for my under arms, and $30.00 for my eyebrows. Yes, both of them. LOL.:-)) I have 2 eyebrows. Minus her tip. They do all types of wax, for women and men. Eyebrows, chest, bikini, underarms, legs, arms, lips, entire face, and more. Place was spotless clean, with street and private lot parking. They have gender neutral restrooms. I guess you get what you pay for! I will stop by again, if and when I am in the area. I've been coming here for a minute now, and they never disappoint. All of the nail techs I've had are amazing, for manis & pedis. They respond fast and always accommodate me, no matter how busy they are. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I don't see myself going elsewhere any time soon. I'm very happy with Pure Nails Spa... They're pretty good at designs, too! The ONLY thing I don't really like is being charged for "cuticle care," which should ALWAYS be a part of the nail services like (mani, fill, new set, etc); but that's minor, so I just eat the cost. Love Pure Nails! I've been to many nail salons, and this one is by far the best I've ever visited. I usually get a gel manicure with French tips, and they offer a beautiful selection of colors to choose from. From the moment you walk in, everything is clean and well maintained, including their tools. It's a relaxing experience while they do your nails. I also love how patient and precise they are! They never rush and always do a wonderful job. All the nail techs who have done my nails here are great, but my personal favorites are Tera, Nancy, Susan. It's crazy you say that because I asked the manager to check the cameras and she refused to do so. Which leads me to believe that your employees stole my headphones. Now you're telling me you checked the cameras? Then why didn't I receive a call? Or why didn't the manager ask for my number to call me back. Instead she hung up on me. So please stop gaslighting me. As if you did something to help. When that was not the case. The manager and staff handled this poorly. Which is why I'm leaving this review. I was there last week for a manicure/pedicure. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the salon, right when I walked through the door, the receptionist welcomed me warmly. They were offering me drinks and mimosa was an option from their drink list. Yay!!!! That's a plus when you needed to destress while enjoying your mani/pedi. The vibe of the salon was very calm and peaceful. My nails also came out the way I imagined. My technician was really gentle but did a great job at the same time. I accidentally found this nail salon after having lunch at Boiling Point next door. I am amazed at the collections of both regular and gel colors that they carry here. So many options. I'm skeptical at first because they have only a few reviews on Yelp. But I found out later that all their reviews are under hidden section. Maybe because they are new. The salon is very clean and relaxing. My nail techs are Paul and Kathy. Both of them take their time working on my nails and make sure I'm happy with the shape and colors. The prices are reasonable. I've been here several times and I can't tell enough how amazing it is. It's hard to find a nail place that really cares about your needs and listen to what you want. I'm so picky whem it comes tp my nails and every time I get them done here, I love them! This place is so clean, friendly & they have ton of color selection. I have been coming to this nails salon for the past 3 months and I really love this place. It's nice and clean inside, and there is no harsh chemical smell like other nail salons I had been to. They have a great selection of colors for manicure/pedicure and gel nails. The ladies work here are super friendly and always make sure I am happy with my nails. Love this place! I came in last minutes last night and they were able to accommodate me with my services. The shop is quite hidden so make sure you don't pass by. It's located next to Color Me Mine. I got a gel manicure with regular pedicure and they both turned out great. Sophia is amazing as she carefully checked on me to make sure i'm happy with everything. Found this place by accident as i was walking around Old Town the other day. Even though the shop was quite busy when I came in, they were able to take me in after 10 mins without any problems. I got a gel manicure and gardenia pedicure and was happy with the eucalyptus essential oil which smells so relaxing. The results came out great as I expected. I will come back here soon. read more

I have been coming here for couple times and I really like this nail spa. They are under new management and their services are upgraded. I enjoy the sugar scrub and massage included in my pedicure. Bad customer service!! Went in for my daughter's birthday, she got a pedicure (no complaints for…read morethe lady helping her), I got a manicure. The lady helping me got upset when I asked for no gel in my nails and then continued to not give me the hand massage included in my service. I got a simple French tip and they are completely uneven and horrid. The owner had a snippy attitude anytime I asked a question!! They only take cash or Zelle (informing you ONCE sat) and say the machine went down but looking through the reviews it's been down for years. I do NOT recommend wasting your money here for a half ass manicure!!

In all that time, I have never once been disappointed with her work. Her attention to detail is impeccable, she has a beautiful selection of colors, and her prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of service she provides. Karen has completely transformed my nails, keeping them healthy, beautifully maintained, and consistently polished to perfection. I receive compliments on my nails all the time, which is such a testament to the care and skill she puts into her work. Beyond her talent, Karen is incredibly warm, friendly, and personable. Every appointment feels relaxing and enjoyable, and it is always such a pleasure spending that time with her. After two and a half years of consistently beautiful manicures and pedicures, I would not entrust my nails to anyone else. I cannot recommend Karen enough!

Very quiet two stations place so you need reservations for sure. Don't walk in.
