The man has already mopped the floor and was just closing the door. I asked if he would please let us do a drop off. He smiled and took it. We had to bring the bags of clothes in and stepped on the floor. With all those footprint and mess we made, he still managed to do us the big favor. Then, we got a call saying they had to rewash everything because there was some "red stuff" in our bag. Told us there will be additional charge (very reasonable price + reasonable rewash charge). When we got there the man showed us what it was (my lipstick). He kept it to show us. And he was clear to us we might still find some staining on some of the clothes but he tried his best. During the conversation he instinctively put his hands together making a "rubbing/ wash by hand" movement, you can tell he really did put an effort to making sure everything was cleaned thoroughly. Been there a few times after that and am still very happy with them. Good price, good service, everything is always nicely folded. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. And really do appreciate them staying open for us.

Today, I went to this laundrymat and I could not believe what I saw. These two couples put five…read moreregular material car mats and two large plastic car mats into the washer. CAR MATS, the car mats you step on when you sit in a car. I have never in my entire life seen this before. There's people washing their clothes in these machines but you never know what people put in them. What makes it worst is the employee saw them putting the mats in the washer and didn't say anything. Nothing!! she didn't say nothing to them. After today, I will never come back here and I hope I'm not itching in my clothes because I don't know what was put in the washer before me. Please be careful where you wash your cloths. I will try to take a picture if possible but they keep looking around because I think they know the mats are not suppose to be in the washer. That's what they have car wash facilities for. Please let me know if I'm wrong. They also put the mats in the dryer. Lord have mercy!!!

I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I usually drop of at other places (well Brooklyn) and the pound price is .50c meaning they over charge you .25c per pound . Over all a good place and would recommend.
