Our goal, at PURE Family Dentistry, is to provide our patients with the highest quality care possible, which allows our patients to achieve the highest level of dental health possible. We aim to serve your needs with a sense of caring, comfort, and the highest level of personal service. There is really no such thing as cookie-cutter dentistry. Everyone is different and everyone's oral health is different. This means that finding the right treatment approach is the most important first step in providing appropriate and effective dental care. That is why we take plenty of time with you, listening to your concerns; comprehensively assessing your teeth, gums, facial joints and jaw bone health; then determining the plan that will best serve your needs. We know how important it is for you and your family to be able to trust our training, our advice, and our skills, so we work hard to earn that trust.

Meet the Business Owner: Dr. Shane K.
Raised in California's "Silicon Valley," Dr. Shane Klingonsmith served a 2 year mission in São Paulo, Brazil after high school. Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Klingonsmith won academic scholarships that helped him graduate from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in the Humanities, while simultaneously completing the perquisite science courses required for dental school.
The pursuit of excellence brought Dr. Shane to the University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine. As one of a handful of his peers chosen to receive his clinical training in the Penn Dental Faculty Practice, Dr. Klingonsmith worked alongside UPENN's prestigious faculty. Success in his clinical training earned him an invitation to stay at UPENN for a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD). Upon completion, of his AEGD, Dr. Klingonsmith turned down an offer of full time employment at the University of Pennsylvania to enter private practice in Lancaster, PA.
