First off, i booked a consultation. they contacted me several times over the next week, to try to get all my medical information before i even set foot into the office... once i got there, there was no place for a senior citizen that was disabled to sit. then she doesn't want to verbally take any information.
she says please fill out this form...and hands me a chart.
i said you want me to just stand here?
she says no sit over there,
i say where? that chair is too small, the couch is too low, so she took me to a room and set me up at a table with a chair so small that only one cheek was sitting down...... the form was everything they asked me in the texts and emails they sent me so she should have had all the information.
before i was done she said the dentist was ready and i could fill out the rest of the form afterwards.. she takes me to a chair halfway down the hall, speaks, not English to someone, then puts a bib on me then speaks, not English to someone, then asked me if i want to wear their sunglasses or use mine, i chose mine. then the dentist walks in and speaks, not English and then the nurse speaks not English, they laugh,
then he sits down beside me and says, So what are we doing?.....
i had to show him on the x-rays i brought the teeth that i needed crowned and the spaces that needed implants....
he said repeatedly that i should have a bridge and i had to tell him repeatedly that I wanted implants and crowns. then he spoke not English, and the nurse responded not English.... then they laughed and then he said he needed to look in my mouth,
then he said CAN ONE HOPE THAT YOU FLOSS AT ALL?
I said, I floss three times a day after every meal and mouth wash even more often than that...
then he said the nurse will give you the quote and left the room the nurse left the room and i was left sitting there thinking, am i done? what's next?
i was supposed to be getting a cleaning today.... hmmm. then the nurse came back and removed my bib and said come to the front..... when i got there she was writing in hand a simple non explaining three lines of the charges for getting the crowns and implants.
i said is this the standard?,
she said all crowns are 1300 and all implants are $3500. i said couldn't you have just told me that over the phone when i first called? am i getting a cleaning today?
she said we have to rebook your cleaning the dentist is over booked today, that will be $49 please. your portion is....
Final Review:.. if you like to have people talk as if you are not there, behind your back and be told what to do, rather than know what to do, speak rudely to you and just take your money and not fulfill what they were supposed to do in the first place, then you will love this place. read more
