In fact, in my case Tanya's task was complicated for her as I had kept two back bottom teeth and I have numerous small bony projections (called torus mandibularisi) around my mouth and I don't know how but she worked around every one! The staff are good at their jobs, Taking great care in the fact that you want to work to get your smile looking it's best. Dr Ash, comes up with a treatment plan that works best for you. There are no "horror" stories here as I have never had a bad experience when it comes to fixing cavities, cleanings, root canals, etc. They take great pride in making sure you are comfortable. In each patient section there is a tv on the ceiling and you can pick what you want to watch or listen to while you are being worked on. Dr Ash is also great with children often making them balloon animals to create a positive experience. I had an agonizing root canal situation--the kind that even hospital morphine couldn't touch. I was in absolute misery. On that particular Saturday, Dr. Winter offered to meet me at his office that very evening or even on the Sunday, just to help me get out of that excruciating pain. What's even more remarkable is that he was even ready to arrange for his staff to come in as well, making sure he and his team could take care of me outside of normal hours. It's incredibly rare to find a dentist willing to go so far above and beyond, especially outside regular hours, and to bring in extra help just to ensure a patient is okay. Dr. Winter not only resolved the issue, but did so with a level of kindness and compassion that is truly extraordinary. If you need a dentist who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, Dr. Winter is the one.

Lower Right: Dr. Winter did not inform me that the bridge made by the lab was too long and didn't fit. Instead of returning it back to the lab, he proceeded with its installation by adjusting one of the existing teeth and slicing the side of another one without asking for my permission or even informing me. When the job was done, the bridge was sitting lower than the original teeth used to be, creating quite a visible gap with my upper teeth, and leaving me with pain, which I never had on this side before, and which he was not able to address despite many adjustments he made. The only response from him was: "Just avoid eating on this side." Common sense tells us that one doesn't go to a dentist to do a major work in order to acquire permanent pain. I would never recommend him as a dentist.

My first temporary for my first implant was so nice, right in front, it could have remained as the permanent tooth. He since has started sending them out to be done by someone else, but I think Dr. Khodadadi does a better job on doing the tooth himself. He is a perfectionist and that is important when it comes to your teeth. I would have made him our permanent dentist if he were in the USA. Very disappointed I could not do that. Our coverage does not apply in Canada. Due to covid, we cannot go into Canada anymore. If you do live there or meet the restrictions, I highly recommend his office for all your dental needs.

I have never been treated by someone in a professional setting as I was treated by Cliff Kafka. The…read moredentures he made for me looked good and fit well until the last adjustment. When he did the final hard reline there was a sharp section on the inside of the upper dentures' gum line by the last molar. He smoothed down the whole back molar so much that the back top and bottom molars do not even meet and there is a large gap between them and the top back molar is now barely there. When I pointed this out to him and told him I was not happy with this and wanted him to fix it, he shouted at me that he filed it down because I told him I was biting the inside of my cheek. I never once bit my cheek with these dentures and when I told him that I never said that I did, he got extremely angry and shouted at me that he has made dentures for years and he knows best. He was rude and very aggressively yelling at me to get out of his office while pounding the front desk with his fist. When I asked him to please stop as he was frightening me, I was told to go to someone else and have them fix it by both Cliff and Emily. I'm 57 years old and have never been frightened and reduced to tears by someone in a professional setting as I was by this so called professional. Absolutely appalling and shocking behavior by a professional. It really is sad and unfortunate that Cliff at Kafka Denture Clinic doesn't stand behind his work.
