They explained a treatment plan and gave me an estimate at my first visit. Not only did they work me into their schedule but they scheduled the work for the same afternoon. I was so impressed with the entire staff, very courteous, very friendly and yet very professional. While it wasn't cheap my tooth was a mess-- I only had a half a tooth and a gaping hole. All of the communication and patient intake prior to my appointment was great and when I arrived the team was very friendly and personable. The office was extremely clean and comfortable too! They got me seated in my chair and there was virtually no wait before the Dr. and his 'assistant' began to evaluate my problem. They were extremely aware of the sensitivity of my tooth and I felt very little discomfort for the entire appointment. They took x-rays, evaluated the issue, made some immediate adjustments and I was on my way. After the appointment (same day!) they followed up to see how I was feeling. Unethical Business Practices, Unprofessional Office Staff…read more DO NOT TRUST Before I chose Gentle Dental, I called and asked if there was any issues getting accurate quotes from my insurance. I was assured that because they were directly contracted with my insurance there would be no issues. I was told everything was going to be covered for my first appointment. When I went in for my second appointment a different person at the front desk told me they had made a mistake and none of it was going to be covered. They didn't even get my signature on the faulty quote. I am now being charged over 10X as much as they quoted me. I complained, and there response sounding like they didn't even read my complaint. They said they 'reviewed my x-rays' and would be unable to reimburse me. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and still, they did not address my concerns in any way. This company took advantage of me while I was in pain and needed care. They do not value costumer satisfaction, provided terrible service, and have handled this completely unethically. Front end staff was courteous and professional. Very warm and inviting atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised by the massage chair and ceiling TV but that is not the only reason you should come to this office...they also have heated blankets. Kidding. Assistant did a great job at making me very comfortable during my appointment. Dr. Young came in promptly, assessed the issue and answered all my questions clearly.
