After calling a few places and being told new patients were not being accepted, I was relieved I was able to get in here, but was nervous about getting a cleaning since it had been about 5 years since the last time I saw a dentist. I was (and continue to be) so pleasantly surprised by the helpful, friendly staff, and was lucky to get Dr. Elsie Nguyen as my dentist since Dr. Zweber was full. Dr. Elsie has such a calm, personable demeanor and was reassuring during my first cleaning. Since my first appointment, I have been in for a second cleaning and a filling, and each time I've been treated with the same amount of respect and kindness. I went in for my first filling this morning and was admittedly nervous, which the dental hygienist and Dr. Elsie helped negate by being so encouraging, good-humored, and sweet. The building they recently moved into is so beautiful, modern, and well-decorated. The beautiful mural-like pictures on the walls, the feeling of privacy while you're in the dental chair, and the friendliness of the staff come together to make it a really relaxing and comfortable environment. All my appointments have been first thing in the morning, and I appreciate how quiet the whole office is. I used to have problems having anxiety at the dentist, and each time I've seen Dr. Elsie, I haven't had any issues and have felt 100% comfortable and at ease. If anyone is looking for a great, thorough, caring dentist with an amazing staff (including front desk staff), I couldn't recommend Dr. Elsie and her team enough!

I have had cleanings, fillings redone, orthodontia consults, and other work. I never felt judged, shamed, or anything other than than capable. I got wonderful tips on how to improve! Any question I had about procedures, terminology, dentistry, billing, or how to improve care at home was met with kindness, joy to share, and encouragement. I had a broken veneer and he patch it up for a temporary fit up, so I could continue to smile as I do :) Then a full exam, X-rays and full coarse of action to get my teeth back to 100% working order. I had to wait months for my first appointment but once you're in, you're in ;) They are currently not accepting new patients for this reason - people love them and never leave lol I've moved and now live 90 minutes away but continue using them. The staff is fantastic, Dr. Jorgenson is fantastic. If you get a chance to get in, jump on it!

I spent a year calling and was absolutely ignored, then they blocked me from making any future appointments - because they were dishonest and refused to speak to me and sort the issue out. As a result of their dishonesty I am unable to use my dental insurance. Also you can't just speak to someone in the office, you have to call the main number and try to get ahold of the Bellingham office, good luck with that. 2 years later I have still not been able to speak to them even after detailed messages were left. A medical professional should present you with options and help you figure out the best course of action. Blaming a patient for teeth clenching when they are asking for treatment options is uncalled for. At my next visit, when injecting anesthetic, the male doctor hit a nerve, sending a painful shock up my entire face. He minimized it and said I was overreacting to the level of pain he had caused. Please do yourself a favor and seek dental care somewhere with real professionals.

He talked me through the whole procedure before starting. And reassured me during the extraction that everything was going great. Not that I would do it again... lol but if I ever needed to, I'd go back to Lance. The staff is amazing.
