I had somewhat of an emergency cleaning situation while I was in town, at a family home- 9 hours of hard cleaning labor specifically and, these 3 women got it done in 3 hours, THE SAME DAY I CALLED. They stayed until 6:00 to finish the job right. Not only did they bend over backwards to make this happen, it was a good value, and the ladies were absolutely lovely. I found that all 3 of the women were trustworthy, hard working, prompt, accommodating and friendly. If I EVER need a cleaning service again while in town, I would not call anyone else. Irma is outstanding and friendly, I really enjoyed meeting her.

Also rolled up my carpet - unvacuumed! They then decided to charge me an extra $50 WITHOUT MY CONSENT because their lazy maids were too slow. Oh and they broke a drawer in the refrigerator. Typical LA experience. Be grossly incompetent, charge 3x what the going rate is in any other part of the country, and then stand proudly with your hands on your hips.
