All I am saying, is if you are considering getting a membership here, think carefully about your choice. Things happen. Life happens. And HOTWORX does not care about you or your financial situation, all you are is money to them. I will add that the one in Madison seems to be more sensitive to people, and their situations. Having been a member of both locations, Madison treats you like family, as opposed to money.

I also really enjoy getting a HydroMassage right after a work out, very relaxing. I tend to go at nights and I've ran into this particular employee a couple of times now. He doesn't know a lot about how the computer works or about anything really. I think I should be able to ask you a question about things such as the trainers and you should know how to answer my question. I'm sure they have to go through some type of training but he definitely needs to go through it again. He also tends to talk down to me like I'm stupid, and I do not appreciate that.

They constantly are coming up with fun themes and are open to feedback and playlist suggestions. They take time for each person at their level. They've helped me become as fit as I was back in college 30 years ago and I couldn't have done it without them. OrangeTheory keeps you inspired and injury-free, the two core risks I've seen with other programs. A separate comment- there is a review with one star from a year ago by Renea about a bad experience at the front desk with someone called Lisa. Not only have I never had an experience like that in 300 classes over two years, but I don't even know who Lisa is/was. The core four at the front are Blakeley, Kia, Brittany, and Benton. They are professional, experienced, and attentive. From new to seasoned, they treat everyone like family. In short, I love OTF Madison and encourage anyone at any level of fitness to try. Btw, the first class you may be sore for a few days and wonder what you were thinking. Give it six classes and most are on track to a new level of wellness. Good luck!

I could only find 1 set of 5 lb plates in the whole place, and overall they could probably stand to beef up their supply of plates. Especially since they have the deadlift platforms. Maybe a couple sets of bumper plates? It's not the biggest AF, but it worked. All the plastic olympic collars were blown out. That's a safety issue. Only set of working collars I could find were some metal pinch ones. (I take it back--one of those were blown out, too--so only onee functional collar in the whole place). The olympic bar i was using seemed to be straight, which is good. Sometimes they're bent like cheap pool cue. Water fountain was functional, 4 changing rooms, vending machine with water and speed-drinks (no recovery drinks).
