How fortunate we are in discovering Tracy, at Simply Pilates in downtown Smithtown. She and her assistants do an excellent job. We have been using this studio for over four months now, receiving semi-private training sessions. My wife and I are retired seniors with different abilities. She explained every movements clearly, offered helpful corrections, provided challenges, and created a supportive environment. After my hip replacement, I went to a small PT in Commack. I had to wait 15 min between each exercise and the room was tiny. I felt so cramped. Body in Balance is expansive and spread out. I spend over an hour in PT versus 20 min at other place. Abel really works me and does many exercises which I appreciate. I highly recommend him. His assistant Phil is funny and very helpful too. If you are in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend Body in Balance. Very professional.
