The employee at the pure barre told my wife that it's fine and that they would not charge her until she came back. My wife noticed last month a charge on our account that was from pure barre and then began to look back at bank statements and found they had been charging her for a few months. She reached out and was told they would look into it but would not refund because of miscommunication from their employee, aka their employee lied to my wife. We have not heard back and are upset that the employee lied about not charging us until she came in. We never received any communication that they would be charging us again or we would of went and talked with them as my wife has not been able to attend from the complications and then healing afterwards. This place lies and we would not recommend now to anyone and will let everyone know about this.

My friend is a regular member here so she suggested we head to Smart Barre and since it was on my CP and available I quickly signed up and we headed over. I hadn't done a class there in a long time. I did a Pilates class elsewhere earlier in the day and after taking this class made me wonder why I don't come here more often. Great workout! I'm planning on my body agreeing when I wake up tomorrow morning too!

After initially completing an interest form, they reached out via text and set me up for an intro class. After the introduction class I attempted to sign up and was told a manager was required to complete my registration. I left a note and my information for the manager to reach out the next day. I didn't hear from them. I reached out via text on the same number I previously used to arrange the intro class, no response. I called 2 times a day over the next 2 weeks and no response. I finally received an email response, at 10:30pm from the GM on July 31st stating she would call me the next day at 5pm. I replied at 10:45 agreeing to the time and that call never came on August 1st. I made my final call attempt today and have decided to try the Coppell or Addison locations. This is perhaps the most unprofessional member experience I have had in years.
