If you're looking for a headache or a reason not to go to the gym, this place will provide it. From the very beginning, things were handled poorly. When I signed up, my kids were added to the account and were supposed to be able to enter with either me or my wife. Every staff member I spoke with gave a different answer about how the account worked. Finally, Bryan, who said he was the manager, seemed almost eager to process the cancellation instead of trying to resolve anything. Truly disappointing service for a gym.

I've observed this many times of late. Given that they can't be bothered to look up and say hello, it seems that LA Fitness could just replace them with a QR code reader at the font door.

They use basically all matrix machines. Which aren't my favorite but they work. Normal stuff, smith machine, squat racks, bench stuff. It's very well equipped. They have a dedicated "booty" area. That's not the name but what I'm calling it. They have some fun machines for that. Nice little padded area for abs or kettle bell training. Where I'll be just nip picky about... They need to re cover a lot of machines. Cracked pleather on bare legs is uncomfortable. Again this isn't a make it or break it and far better than some of the gyms I've been to before. But if I had to say something negative, that would be it. If I'm in the area would love to workout there again.

Now they are refusing to refund me all the money they owe me. He gave me the billing companies number to call to get my refund, but even they told me he's the one that does the refunds. After calling him back he even confirmed that he's the one that can do the refunds after sending me down the rabbit hole of whatever horrible system ABC Financial is. Overall horrible customer service experience.

I started going to this Perfect Workout Location pretty soon after it opened, and I have really…read moreenjoyed it from the standpoint of convenience and effectiveness. I used to go to a regular gym and workout on the Nautilus machines, but what I really lacked was the time that seemed to be required, and my interest fell off after years of being a bit of a "gym rat". Well, two knee replacements and 5 years later, I was experiencing a serious bout of out-of-shape-ness and was also suffering from a lack of energy and my metabolism had really fallen off from losing muscle over the years. At age 58, I was not ready to let myself go, but was not wanting to go back to the gym and do things on my own. I responded to a mailer about the Perfect Workout and signed up immediately, and wanted to commit myself to 6 months and see what happens. I KNEW I could do anything for 20 minutes, and once you get going, and don't spend too much time talking to the friendly trainers, then you can do it in 20 minutes, but your time is actually 30 minutes, so you are not really rushed at any time. The trainers there have all been great, and I've had to get to know at least 5 of them in the past year and a half as they come and go, but each time I have felt that they are ALL good and all pretty professional and seem to know the Perfect Workout technique more than adequately. And they are also there for you with lots of encouragement and also nutritional coaching if you would like. I gave this rating 4 out of 5 stars mainly because the studio itself is not what one might think of as a state-of-the-art facility right now. It is in an office park, but the machines are all clean and well maintained, as is the space. The air is always clean and fresh (thank goodness!) and again, I stress that the trainers there really make the most of the set up and the routine, and they are very organized about scheduling and following up with you. And also very reasonable and flexible when you need to adjust your appointment time. I've been going there for 20 months now and I have been very happy with the results. I have met my goals, and now am just going to maintain my muscle and fight middle age, all in 20 minutes twice a week. It's in a part of town with lots around, so I always get errands done while I'm over that way, because you don't have to dress in "gym clothes" to do this workout. Just sensible, comfortable clothes. What a godsend!! My energy is great now, and I went down two sized and lost about 20 pounds in these 20 months. (I also got REALLY careful about my eating, I have to be honest!!)

Enough is Enough…read more I've been a member here for about 10 years, and the outdoor hot tub is CONSTANTLY broken or closed. And guess what? They never bother to update the app when it's shut down. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.

Since we were the only ones scheduled for the class, they kindly allowed us to arrive a little late. The front desk staff, along with Victoria, were very accommodating. When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us, and Victoria met us to guide us to the room where our mat Pilates session would take place. The studio's interior was aesthetically pleasing, featuring a calm and airy environment with a stunning neutral color palette. It was quite cozy. I usually take reformer Pilates, but I really enjoyed the mat Pilates class. Victoria didn't go easy on us, and I appreciated the challenge. We all thoroughly enjoyed our pilates session. After the class, we took some pictures around the studio. The customer service was exceptional. If you're in the area and looking to try Pilates, I highly recommend checking them out!

I can actually feel my muscles working with intention (which I love). I've been taking the early morning Arms & Abs class with Selena and she's been great. The pace is perfect; not too fast, not too slow. She's really intentional with breath work and cues, which makes such a difference. Compared to other places I've tried... one didn't feel like a workout at all and another was so fast paced I couldn't even catch my breath. It felt more exhausting than effective, and I was pausing more than actually moving. I'm planning to try a Power Flow class soon and hoping I love it just as much as Arms & Abs
