April keeps it real, she is honest, she's calming, and invigorating all at once, kind, knowledgeable and warm & genuine. This studio just has this great feeling stepping in the place, it's welcoming, and you can't help but feel kind of appreciated for coming in. They are excited to have you there! The instructors are amazing! They make this place so, no complaints on them at all. Management is another story. Any business prioritizes money but, this location only cares about the bottom line. People are accounts not humans. I imagine that mentality starts at the top. EDIT/Response to Business: This review is definitely about Parkway Central in Arlington. Not sure why the owner wants to check my location & try to discredit my review. DFW is fairly large and blends together. I rarely bother to review unless I feel it's been an extreme disservice. I have no interest in further communication. You had plenty of opportunities to make things right. The studio runs amazing because of those doing the real work on the floor. You'll be fine. The classes are very well taught and there's a good variety of classes based on your desired results/experience. My main issue is it's difficult to schedule classes (scheduling 2 weeks in advance is the only way I could get on the books). There is a $10 fee if you cancel less than 12 hours in advance and $15 for no show. read more

Booked a session. My sitter bailed on me. She asked why I wasn't coming in to the scheduled session and hung up on me. I called back to see why she hung up and when i said hello she hung up. I don't see how you all would run a business like this. Some young girl who couldn't give me her name hung the phone up on me. I was just going to tell her I would like to reschedule the appointment for another day. But since the girl was rude and nasty to me. I won't be spending my money there with you all at all. I don't know what kind of day the girl was having but that's unprofessional to hang up on someone YOU called to reschedule a class. I hope the owner sees this. She called 5:45 and 6:00 on Wednesday! The classes were nice but the staff was horrible. Specifically Janice at the front desk. I received active duty military orders. As soon as I received them I went to Janice and tried to cancel my membership. Despite my military orders she insisted I had to pay $199 for the next month & $100 cancelation fee. Luckily I had a copy of my contract and there was a clause that verbatim said if you move and aren't within 25 miles of a club Pilates studio, you can cancel without fees. It's sad that I had to make 12 phone calls, dig through my contract and still eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank when Janice continuously refused to work with me. read more

Love Club Pilates. As a long time HITT class person, I made the switch to Pilates about a year ago. The classes and change has been a great and different and challenging. I'm still working on my posture and flexibility. The instructors here are super friendly and very challenging, correcting form when needed. The energy is great! Broken equipment used for over a year. Owners aware of the broken equipment and continue to use the chair, reformer, Cadillac in lessons. Towels Put out to clean reformers are re used all day. So, same towel re used no less than 9 times a day to wipe equipment and floor mats down. Set out to dry in afternoon and used for evening classes. Front desk uneducated in Pilates. But, will gladly sell you merchandise over priced! read more

This place tried to get me to freeze, so pay while they are closed, when we were entering a pandemic and everything was shutting down. I declined. I had to request to cancel many times in writing, change one of my cards, and report them for operating once shut down was mandatory. Then a year later, May I add I went to a total of two classes for the month I did pay for right before the pandemic, they fraudulently tried to charge my card for $25 twice and $199 twice as well, so just shy of $450, a year after I already went to the mattresses with them. I disputed they tried to respond, they lost. Fraud doesn't get you far. These owners, Ashley and I can't remember the other ladies name, must be desperate but not the way you do business. The studio itself is great but the owners are horrible): I've tried to reach out to Ashley multiple times for assistance w/my account that can only be addressed by the franchise owners! Yet for 8months of calling, texting & emailing multiple times I've still not received one return phone call, text or email! I contacted corporate & they refer me back to the owner! I am so upset, I've been w/Club Pilates for 5 years using nationwide locations & was forced to cancel my subscription b/c the owner would not make a simple phone call to clarify a very minor discrepancy that only she could fix! I joined as a birthday present in April. I paid for my credits all throughout the experience. I paid for one whole month in October, I was injured and lost my job, and I not only had my credits wiped without using the 8 classes, and 199.00 gone. In October, I notified this facility via email that I will not be staying with them due to the price increase. Keep in mind, I lost my job paid my late fee of 219.00 attached to my bill for November although I stated I wanted to cancel. I get text messages letting me know I need to pay for Jan per the contract after I paid 219.00. If you don't have a job, then how is Pilates the priority. After I signed the letter communicated Nicely with Nissy and Aliyah concerning closing the account. Although "she understands hardship" Samantha pushes via text that they need payment from December, and I need to pay up to January. I love the instructors they are amazing. Club Pilates has the best instructors and is very reasonably priced. Other Pilates classes I have attended have been very expensive and we were limited to 6-8 classes a month. Club Pilates has unlimited classes. Club Pilates has become a very important part of my life. It has allowed me to become stronger and more confident. The facilities are clean organized and the classes are fun and we learn new things all the time. I highly recommend Club Pilates to anyone who wants to stay healthy and have fun at the same time. read more

On July 3rd 2021 I walked into this studio to either cancel my membership, or freeze my membership. I spoke with the person at the front desk and she said that she would speak with her manager about which would be the best route to go. So I finished all of my classes in July with full intentions of not being charged for a full membership. On August 5th I was charge $89 for my membership fee. So I called the studio to see why I was being charged, because I was to either cancel my membership, or freeze my membership. The girl I spoke with said she would speak to her manager and get back to me. So when she called me back she said that my membership was canceled and this would have been the last bill... I then disputed the charge with my credit card company, club Pilates then disputed the charge back to the credit card company, and I ended up paying for my membership for august. With that being said I was then billed a full membership for September, and October. I received an email on October 6th from the billing department saying that I owed them $332. After finding out that this studio still continued to bill me after I "canceled" I was highly upset. I called the studio multiple times and finally left an unflattering voicemail. I then had to visit the studio so I could speak with someone in person. The girl I spoke to said that her manager was going to call me. I then explained what I stated above, and she was looking for the my cancellation form. Which was no where to be found. I then filled out another cancellation form. I left the studio that day without any resolution, only that the manager would call me. So I waited a few hours, and still didn't get hear anything for anyone. So I called again, finally the manager called me. I explained again what happen, and again I was upset because the manager made it seem as though I was lying, and the issue still has not been resolved. She kept saying that she would speak with the owner and get back to me. I didn't hear anything for the rest of the day. I waited all morning for a phone call and still did not hear anything. So I went up to the studio. The manager found my freeze form, but still could not give an explanation as to why I was getting billed a full membership fee. After sitting in the studio for an hour and a half trying to get them to clear all of the fees off of my account they still where charging me a $25 for a charge back fee for disputing the charge in august. Technically I should have never paid the $89 for august and should have only paid $15. And I agreed to pay the $15 freeze charge from august to October. But the thing is, I was never refunded the money for august. I even called and confirmed with my credit card company that club Pilates received the fund for august while the studio manager was in front me (I had the phone on speaker).. when I left the studio I only had a $25 fee left, I was told that they would contact me in regards to this fee. After waiting nearly a week, and having to call them multiple times the owner finally called me at 8PM on a Tuesday. After trying to sell me, and basically told me that the $25 fee was something that they couldn't remove. So I asked her to refund me the $89 for August, and I will go in an pay the $15 for Aug, Sept, Oct. and then pay the $25 for the charge back. She then stated that they never received the funds for August. At this point I am beyond livid with this studio. I asked them to clear my account knowing that they still owe me money, or I asked them to refund the $89 from august. The owner ended up giving me a whole spew about how she was trying to help me, but when I pushed back she couldn't take the heat and said that she was sending this to collections, and then hung up on me. I refuse to leave a good review about this studio, and I do not recommend them anyone. The memberships are over priced, and I personally didn't get a lot out of it for the price. My attitude towards the manager, and the owners might not have been nice, but I really felt like I had to hold someone's hand in order to get things done. So you tell me how you would feel with a bill that's $332, and you canceled multiple times, and then called multiple times to resolve the issue. The fact that they kept billing me, and then refused to resolve the issue for the $25 by saying they never received the funds for August just shows me that this owner is money hungry. I will not return back to this studio, and I will not recommend this studio to anyone. And yea, I cussed at them, put your big girl panties on and welcome to the real world. Take care of your responsibilities the first time and you won't have to deal with people like me later. read more

I joined and canceled over 30 days in advance after submitting the form to this location and confirming. Ashlee has ignored my calls and emails after I received a charge for $249. When you call the main office you are told you have to call your location where you joined. One week in and talking to 2 people in the office they tell me they will talk to her but she won't respond. Especially being a newer location you would think they would respond to customers, but no. I will next be taking this to the BBB to get resolved since they think ignoring a customer and wrongfully charging them will make this go away... read more

Tried this workout by recommendation of my DIL. It has been a wonderful time with the knowledgeable instructors. Staff greets you by name and everyone is friendly. I started here hoping it would help my sprained ankle. Worked out here for 2 months, took one class with Rory and got a hamstring injury on the same leg as my ankle sprain. I told her in class it was hurting, she laughed told me it was normal and to keep going. I have done p90x, track team, yoga, and weight training and never had an injury. In most of the classes they didn't even notice my ankle sprain injury that I wrote on the mirror and didn't modify workouts hardly at all. I wanted to cancel my membership because now even just walking and driving hurts. They said I can't get out of the contract and even though I'm injured my only option is to freeze it and then when I'm better finish my last month ($150) of the 3 month contract. I said what if I get a note from my doctor can it be waived? They gave me no options and buying out the contract was $100 even though I won't be able to workout for weeks. I was paying $150 a month to get injured, and they offered no solutions just "freeze your membership until you are better." What a joke. Why would I renew a membership where I got injured? The front desk girl told me that she had injured her hamstring a bunch of times there and it was pretty normal when you start working out??? Extremely bad customer service and poorly trained instructors for the fortune it cost to workout here. read more

Poor customer service and follow through. They are very quick to sign you up but make it very difficult to cancel no matter how inconvenient. Given the high cost of the membership (199.00 per month) they could at least make a comparable cancellation policy. I advised them that the classes were not conducive to my physical needs and I wasn't really enjoying the classes in conjunction with a hectic work schedule. Pilates hadn't been really explained well and I found it very trying to get the classes I had to take as a beginner with my schedule (and there are financial penalties for cancelling even on time no matter what the issue). I can't get there consistently enough with my work and travel schedule and the classes I did attend really were not up to par for what I'm trying to do body wise. I asked for a manager to call me due to the difficulty it was to get there and cancel, which I was promised but instead my card has now been charged a second time without a word. They INSIST that you come tell them you want to cancel like a childhood taunt when I'm simply on the road too much and they won't even offer an online option to cancel. It's now been 60 days I'm on the road and they will most likely charge me again and not answer or return my calls. I prefer the leisure of being able to walk in a gym at any point and if using a trainer having someone truly explaining the verbiage and purpose of what you're doing and what's best for YOU for almost 200.00 a month. The gym down the street is open 24 hours, for 10.00 a month, you aren't held to a contract and all the classes are included. Save yourself the headache. I gave them a two because I think they need some business guidance but the instructor was never unkind or unprofessional. read more
