They use basically all matrix machines. Which aren't my favorite but they work. Normal stuff, smith machine, squat racks, bench stuff. It's very well equipped. They have a dedicated "booty" area. That's not the name but what I'm calling it. They have some fun machines for that. Nice little padded area for abs or kettle bell training. Where I'll be just nip picky about... They need to re cover a lot of machines. Cracked pleather on bare legs is uncomfortable. Again this isn't a make it or break it and far better than some of the gyms I've been to before. But if I had to say something negative, that would be it. If I'm in the area would love to workout there again.

The class is a nice mix of science and hands on training. Robert and Claire were wonderful teachers and they made the class easy to learn. Word of advice, don't drink any coffee before hand, there will be plenty for you there... and they are really tasty. So if you are looking to become a barista, or want to see what's it like to use those fancy espresso machines, or you just want to elevate your coffee skillz, go take this class. You won't be disappointed.
