Loved it here when i visited in July 2024. The smoothie was nice, cool and thicc. The staff was polite & attentive. It was perfect on the inside but a rainy day outside. The wraps were all i needed

Chocolate chip coconut cookie! Made fresh to order.
Krystle N.

First off, this place has A LOT of food. They are not really a juice bar or coffee shop although they have delicious juice and coffee. We had several yummy dishes like grilled chicken salad, flourless chocolate cake and a ridiculously BOMB chocolate chip, coconut cookie. OMG! Literally worth the 20 minute wait! Don't get me started on the vanilla ice cream that came with. Yum! Vianca was so kind and sweet as well as knowledgeable about her menu! We ordered the egg and cheese sandwich-she recommended brioche buns and of course she was right, so delicious! We mostly took our food to go since we stayed at this hotel, but the eating area was neat and clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will go out of my way to return here next time we are in PR!

Pure Honey Lemon Ginger juice and Black Bean Pure Tacos

This is a spot we quickly visited before catching our flight back home. If you are craving something healthy and refreshing after a couple of days of drinking and eating out in PR, this is the spot for you! The bean tacos were so delicious, and they had plenty of meatless options. The juice was yummy and fresh and was served with a glass of ice to pour it into. The service was quick. The place itself was walking distance from where we stayed on a semi-busy street. It was super clean and the music wasn't too loud, I was able to chat with my friend without any trouble. I definitely recommend this spot if you're around Miramar!

Veggie burger and sweet potato fries

Great place to eat and chill. Great ambiance. Excellent service. Great conversation with total strangers or bring friends and family. The shiitake tacos (wife's choice) she says were excellent. I had the veggie burger and sweet potato fries and I confirm that they were some of the best that I have tasted. ANYWHERE. Veggie burger with cheese did not make me miss regular burgers. Lol. The sweet potato fries were made from REAL sweet potatoes (as opposed to the frozen stuff-nothing wrong with those BUT, IYKYK). I can't remember what my father in law had but im sure he was happy with it. Overall, one of my favorite spots to indulge in great food and company.

I went to al gusto deli and was discriminated against. The woman at the counter told me and a friend that the place was closed, however, a white woman who came in after us was served. Disheartened we went here and the service was great! I told the woman at the counter (Marjorie) what happened to us and she was shocked by the racism. Luckily for us this place is very welcoming and the staff is great. The employees here made me want to come back to Puerto Rico . I highly recommend pure just solely based on the staff. The food was good too! Marjorie and monica are the best! Thank you for making our dining experience . Five stars!

Boutique and cute. Serving portion is huge (for smoothie) and price is not bad. I would not expect authentic food but they do simple food in beautiful way.

Southwest chicken!!!! Healthy, great portion and amazing flavors on one plate!

Amazing food. If you're looking for delicious healthy options in the San Juan area this is it. Classy spot but still casual enough. 10/10

Service is relaxed, I got a great table at 1 pm on a Friday and everyone around was just in full vacation mood. I got the calamari, mashed taro and passion fruit mocktail. And may I say that the mocktail and the mashed taro root really were the star. How come I've not had mashed taro root before :(

When we arrived for our reservation, it took awhile to be acknowledged and finally seated by the staff. When we were ready to order, our friend called our server, Enrique, to let him know. His reaction took us by surprise. He proceeded to tell our elderly friend that she needed to be more patient with him. He said that his section was full and that he was working alone. It was a very awkward moment and almost put a damper on our dining experience. We felt terrible for our dear friend who felt disrespected and humbled. Having worked in service industries for decades, we are fully aware of how stressful a dining room full of diners can be for a server. In this case however, we noticed that he only had 3 tables and that he was being assisted by other staff members. The manager, a very gracious host, seemed to sense something was not quite right. He paid special attention to our friend and managed to turn an uncomfortable situation into a pleasant one. The food was good, not great, but the setting was absolutely stunning. For Enrique, we left the minimum tip amount: 15% although we cleave at least 20%. 15% was a large tip in this instance. We left it because we figured that they might pool their tips and we didn't want to penalize all of the staff members. We'll return but only to the bar to enjoy the amazing view.

The garlic bread was fine, not as good as the arancini. If you are hungry, get the chicken parm, my god it is the largest portion I have ever seen! I ate one of the 3 cutlets they served. Most times when a place gives a ton of food it is ok, well this was fabulous. Super thin, light breading that remained crispy and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza was good as well. For dessert we had a well portioned flowerless chocolate cake which was paired with some vanilla bean ice cream. Divine! We sat in the restaurant portion near the secret door to the speakeasy so take your pick on what vibe you prefer. The wait staff were super helpful and responsive. We bought the kitchen staff a round for fun. Great experience, I recommend swinging by if you are in the neighborhood.

The food was all delicious, and reasonably priced at huge portion sizes, particularly the chicken parm! The pasta was homemade and the sauces were so good. We would totally come back on a future trip and will be recommending to others visiting the island.

So imagine everyone had to go down the line and say their orders twice 2) There were two loud speakers playing music right by us, the music was so loud it was vibrating the floor and hurting our ears. We asked to turn it down 3 times and were ignored and had to suffer through it. 3) the servers were pouring bottled water like their life depended on it and afterwards I knew why because we ended up paying over 100$ of bottled water. They did not ask us if we wanted more bottles but just kept filling our water nonstop 4) the food took sooo long to come out, we were there for 4 hours from first order to dessert. Everything was very small portions and average at best. It was also soo salty at times I couldn't taste anything besides salt on my tongue. So disappointing for how long the wait was and definitely not worth 79$ id rather have gone to McDonald's. This place did not care about its customers and food was mediocre, I would never come back and you should save your money.

The space is beautiful with chic interiors, trendy lighting, and a calmer atmosphere than most of the other spots around the plaza. I really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. The cocktail I ordered was extremely bitter and not enjoyable, but the real problem was the food. My cod came out rancid and my cousin's lamb was spoiled too. I asked the waitress to take a look and she immediately recoiled, admitted it was bad, and took it away. What upset me even more was that when I asked why it had been served at all, the explanation was that it "wasn't fully rancid, it had just started to ferment." That is no different and absolutely a food safety hazard. I ended up so sick that I vomited in the restaurant trying to get it out of my stomach, and everyone at the table has had horrendous food poisoning since. Two out of four dishes being rotten is unacceptable at any restaurant, let alone one presenting itself as high-end. The setting may be stylish, but none of that matters if the kitchen is serving food that is unsafe to eat. I left feeling disgusted and honestly concerned for anyone else who eats here.

My husband and I shared the following dishes off the April 2026 menu and every bite was delicious: - Cauliflower croquettes & pecorino - Pumpkin, tamarind, cubanelle peppers, pumpkin seed crema - Asian eggplant, coconut curry, pepper-banana conserva - Pork belly, ginger fried rice, coconut, basil (without peanuts) - Vanilla flan & orange caramel We specifically wanted a more vegetable forward meal after having several meat heavy dishes the few days before. We also have several allergy and dietary restrictions and they were extremely accommodating without making it feel like a big deal. Every dish was full of flavor and complexity. The pumpkin was a standout for me. And the pork belly was some of the crispiest I've tried. I also really enjoyed the wine. The restaurant itself is modern, intimidate yet spacious, and everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and welcoming. Even the chef was a delight to chat with toward the end of our meal. My partner and I enjoyed a vast selection of the April 2026 menu items. 6 small plates was plenty for us to split. We started with two rolls with some butter that was brought to the table before our appetizers. They were warm and fluffy but average. Next we had the grouper bites which came on little arepa bread. Probably not a "must-get" but a nice warm introduction. Next was the kampachi- the fish was really great but the sauce was a little thicker/heavier than expected. Then came the grilled prawns. This was our favorite dish! The prawns were large & well cooked. Sauce was extremely savory with great crab and butter flavor. The fried chicken was our second favorite dish. Chicken was juicy, crispy, and well seasoned. The sauce was SPICY. Sweet and savory with an Asian twist with the addition of nuoc cham. We then had the morcilla crepes which were good but not something I'd get again. They were fine- soft, & meaty- not much to say. Lastly, we finished off our meal with a sweet plantain bolognese. The chocolate was so interesting and actually worked really well with the meat sauce. The agnolotti was filled with plantain! This unique dish was the perfect cap to the meal. We also tried a couple cocktails which were super creative as well. The sashamama which was made with sour milk punch was very good! The el cardenalito was a little too sweet. The a tomates si huele was a little too savory. Overall, the experience at Vianda was unique and special. Highly recommend!
