Taylor, at Red Door, was exceptional. He gave us an exhaustive tour of the property in question, was exceptionally generous with his time, and if we had a question he did not know the answer to, (rare) he got the answer right away. He also put in a lot of time on our application, and made the process smooth, and painless. Our impression of him is that he is patient, kind, and very professional. If our re-location becomes permanent, he is definitely our first call when it is time to buy a house.

In my opinion, the way my transaction was handled felt dishonest, unprofessional, and completely lacking transparency. I left the process feeling misled and taken advantage of. Communication was inconsistent, important details were not disclosed, and the overall experience caused me significant frustration and financial concern. I would never buy or sell a property with this company again. I believe their practices should be looked into by the state for possible violations. This was my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

We have never built a home before, but we have heard horror stories. Colleen Loonan opened the door as the real estate agent. She stayed in touch with us for a long time before we were ready to build. We moved on to Barbara Thompson next. She helped us to design and select everything (from ceiling to floor) that we wanted in our home. She thought of things we never would have in terms of practicality. Every subcontractor was equally professional. Our favorite person was Jon Sousa who somehow manages the construction of all of the homes. He coordinates everything and never breaks a sweat when you as the prospective homeowner are freaking out about minutiae. Don't sweat the small stuff and it's all small stuff. He has a solution for everything that is just so helpful when you're in the strange new world of new construction. But how does he remember so much --- he must have a really big hard drive. We live in our new home and there were minor issues, like I wish I put outlets in the basement and a light in the pantry, but nothing that really matters. We owned a new house (we didn't build it, but bought it one year after it was built) and I am so amazed about the quality of this home. If you didn't upgrade a single thing, it would be a wonderful home. Of course, if you upgrade it will be a spectacular home. My husband and I knew Rich Rosetti as we all grew into our careers over these last 30 years and he is still the same person, committed to quality and listening to his customer. We had no personal interaction with Rich, we were truly just another Rosetti homeowner. That's not in a bad way. I just don't want anyone to think that we got preferential treatment. I hope you will consider building in our neighborhood.
