Would not recommend this business…read more Absolutely no Morals at all. Will sell anything just to make a sale. If you have to deal with Krutz please please make sure you get the inspection done before you give a deposit because you might just get duped and not get your whole deposit back on a house that had a bad inspection. I gave $1000 dollar deposit to the realtor company Krutz out of Canajoharie NY to buy a house in Fort Plain NY Turns out it failed the inspection and the owners only want to agree to give me $500 of my $1000 back because they have to sign off on it. It failed inspection for the reasons listed: basement wall was leaning inward, the basement also has water marks that go above the furnace platform, mold in the basement, all the electric was not grounded even though it has the grounded outlets which is very dangerous and the roof has a wavey/warped raised section in the metal part. These are all very costly repairs.

She went above and beyond to walk us through each step-this is our first home buying experience-and really took care of us. I thoroughly recommend her. She was honest about the downsides of the homes we saw, didn't seem interested in selling us anything we didn't like and was extremely flexible and detail-oriented. I highly recommend her if you're looking in upstate New York, she knows everyone and found us a home in record time!

Well, finally, we were ready. I called Jim up and he enthusiastically was ready to help us find our first home! He listened to our wants and needs and started making appointments to show us the houses available. Once we found our dream home, fairly quickly I might add, he walked us through the entire process. We ended up in a bidding war, but he was able to get our offer approved by using a strategy of offering $1000 over the highest bid up to a specified amount. IT WORKED. He was there for the inspections and was always just a text away. He even stopped by recently to see how things were going. At closing, he gave us a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate! If it wasn't for him, we would not be enjoying this beautiful place we now call home! Thanks JIM!

As a buyer of land listed by purdy realty , I was disappointed in the cooperation of the realtor. I…read morehad a signed agreement with the seller before it was listed in the MLS. I asked the realtor to not list it and she refused my request . Property was put in MLS and out of 5 pics posted not one was of the land !! ( not very knowledgeable of their listings) Also can't say it's for sure, maybe a coincidence, but since the listing went in MLS some personal property was stolen from the land. Plus had to resign a form, because realtor gave me the wrong one originally I got the impression from them that it was "all about the money" and unique personal requests weren't a consideration. Be careful if you list or buy from them !!!!!

We have now lived here for a year and a half. We will be moving to Florida in a month. I can not…read moresay enough good about RH. I found the place because I am the elevator maintenance person. (I don't work for RH, they contract to the company I work for). I feel the price is a GREAT value when comparing to other local apartments. The amenities are definitely part of the value. Underground heated parking garage for one vehicle, the heated pool (although a bit small) trash removal, cable tv and internet, gym, fire pit with two commercial grade grills and community room are all part of the rent. Most places charge extra. The staff are genuinely interested in you enjoying your apartment. It is very much a community. It consists of all age ranges and we all interact well. The only real negative I can say is that now there is a lot of construction going on. The only real issue we have had to speak of is a tenant that felt our dog was aggressive and threatening and rather than speak to us directly about it chose to go to management. It is a VERY dog friendly community. If you're not a dog friendly person then it's not the place for you. Yes there are varying sizes of dogs but I contribute that to "it's a service dog" excuse. None the less it's so dog friendly that we had a text chain for dog owners that would get together and let the dogs play together out on the large grass areas. In summary, it's an active community in the sense that there are three restaurants in the building and that the community really watches out and helps each other. The quality of the construction of the building is second to none. All concrete and still definitely well insulated from neighbor noise. I highly recommend River House. From the ladies in the office to the the maintenance staff they are top notch.

The property managers are incredibly rude and insist on communicating only via text. The underground parking garage is constantly wet, with groundwater seeping in and the roof leaking. They spend more money on decorations and a fancy garage floor by the elevator than maintenance; the 5th floor hallway is a mess. For your reading pleasure I've attached some of their incoherent, unprofessional texts. FULL DISCLOSURE: I was threatened with eviction after living there for more than a year because the property manager decided my 23pound dog was vicious and a danger to everyone living at Riverhouse because she barked at men.

We are thrilled with the superb work of Kitchen and Bath World from beginning to end. We renovated…read moretwo bathrooms in quite different styles. The first is simple and contemporary, the second involved an intricate pattern of colorful tiles forming wall-size images. Sara worked with us on the design, asking many questions to understand our aesthetic aims and practical needs, and offering a variety of options for us to choose among to achieve our goals. She also provided a variety of very effective ideas and solutions, considering the physical constraints of the (relatively small) spaces, to ensure the best use of spaces and to create a very open feel in both bathrooms, all in a cost-effective manner. The actual construction was done in an extremely professional manner by workers who were not only highly-skilled but also friendly, considerate of our needs, and responsive to our questions and concerns as the projects progressed. Particularly impressive, amazing really, was the tile work performed by Cliff. The colorful bathroom involved laying more than 1,000 tiles, and cutting more than 100 tiles to create the intricate design. It also involved the fitting of the many tiles to very close tolerance specifications. Cliff was both masterful and highly conscientious in completing this tile work. The result is stunning. In addition, along the way in both bathrooms, specific questions arose about alternative approaches to implementing features of the design. Cliff identified and raised these questions for us to think about, and he offered aesthetically pleasing solutions. In short, Cliff's work was thoughtful, technically masterful, and informed by his strong sense of aesthetic beauty. We are most impressed by Kitchen and Bath World for their general approach, their implementation, and the final product in renovating both bathrooms. Kitchen and Bath World has our highest recommendation.
