I pay more rent currently than what they charge, have impeccable references and own a home I rent out. It didn't matter. AnnMarie is unlike any property manager I have ever dealt with. Rude, unprofessional, arrogant, she would not allow me to explain my score went down due to something on my credit I am currently challenging. She kept my application fee and told me to get lost. I can only imagine how she treats tenants that challenge her when she is wrong. Here's the topper: I am upgrading my MB this weekend to a newer model. AnnMarie doesn't get it.

Recently they went above and beyond to make sure a very stressful issue was resolved and went to extra steps to be sure that I was happy living here. No other place I've lived has ever done that. The owners, staff and maintenance team treat tenants like friends and family, not just a rent check. No apartment community is without faults, but when I hear people complain I often wonder if they have tried other communities in the area because I have, and this one is one of the best. Jen specifically will give you information and make a agreement and will alter forget or lie. IF you look all around the grounds they focus on cleaning where they have to but the back of my patio was constantly dirty. They also do not do a good job on snow removal esp if you have pets. Beware. Rent will go up about $100.00 each year, I was there for 4 before I left. I should have left a while back but moving is a pain. I am much happier in my new place.

In addition to this, you have access to a tv station with updates about activities, and you can also see who is trying to buzz into the building. Oh, and a 2-car garage! There are two styles, this a "condominium style" and the other a hotel style (one main secure entrance and all the separate apartment entrances are inside. No longer have to do yard work, snow removal, don't have to repair or replace appliances, don't have to pay for weekly pool service or an annual gym membership. Need something, just "call the team." They are polite and prompt to respond. Close to shopping, restaurants, casino and downtown area. Cable included! Electric, gas, water, sewer and garbage are an additional charge but National Grid is around $110/mo and the other utilities/garbage average less than $50 month. If I could have anything different, it would be a different style refrigerator, the upright with freezer on the top (and no ice maker) doesn't provide much freezer space. Without reservation, we recommend the Reserve at Glenville for a peaceful, beautiful lifestyle! When I have a maintenance issue the process is extremally easy and the team here are very professional and polite. They normally show up same day if not next day, and if it is not the same day, they always call to let me know. Whey I have had an emergency situation, they return my calls quickly and will even come out same night if necessary. The office manager is super sweet and helpful at all times. Sue answers all questions and treats tenants with respect and an intent to solve any issues. I would definitely, recommend Partridge Hill for anyone downsizing and looking for a new "home".
