A good chunk of what i've experienced in my dealing with folks in the real estate business was people being manipulative and restrained when talking the business of selling or buying your largest investment. I felt Steve was working for me as a professional from the get go. If he underperformed i would have still been happy with his service based on my experience and his professionalism, but he sold my home in less than a week, based on an offer from the 2nd day of showings. The person that recommended him to me sold a similar home a few blocks away in the same time frame. I have no regrets.
