I just built a new house and I was dreading finding the right artificial turf. Over many years the quality has been not up to par with many brands and I had heard nightmare stories from different people. Purchase Green had me come by their showroom and the owner couldn't have been nicer. She explained all the warranties and the quality standards and the expected life of the grass and showed me all different samples. She quoted me wholesale and retail prices, give me her business card, a quote and offered a free sample of whatever kind I wanted to take home She asked if we were doing it ourselves because if we were there were other things she had to show us like how to do the installation and what prep was involved and when and how to clean it etc.. The price was very fair and the quality of the product was just amazing We chose the Arizona Platinum Spring and gave the information to my landscaper and he did all the legwork and picked up the product for us and did the installation. We have had it almost a year now in our backyard and it's amazing! It holds up to two active dogs and the intense sun and heat of the Coachella Valley just fine. I am so impressed with how it turned out that I called my landscaper this week and had him completely do our front yard with the same exact turf from Purchase Green. We contacted Purchase Green (PG) after losing patience with another landscaper's delays. Gerald came out within a day, reviewed the proposed plan and gave us a very reasonable estimate within a few days. We put down the 10% deposit. I requested an appointment to get artificial grass for my pet. Seemed nice over the phone but when he came to measure and show me samples, he saw the size of the yard and asked if that's all I wanted and I got the impression it wasn't worth his time. I told him he could go around the back to measure and he said he'd send me a quote. He didn't measure the area just left and I didn't see any samples. I was quoted $2,600 for a 140 sqft area of an artificial grass of his choosing (because like I said I wasnt even shown samples) and it also stated they would need to remove existing gravel. There is no gravel. I didn't get the impression he was at all interested in helping us with a smaller job. read more

The Purchase Green team really came through for us and their support, expertise, professionalism saved the day for us. ZERO INTEGRITY! Got a bid from Gerald in March 2023 to replace my grass with artificial turf. In May 2023, while still exploring other companies and getting other bids, we went out of town and got a phone call from Gerald tellling us that he had removed all of our grass, Capped off our sprinklers and started to put down the DG base! WHAT!!! Who does this without a signed contract or even a phone call? We immediately told him to stop all work as we had never made an appointment, signed a contract or even decided if we were going to do this work! When we returned home, new grass was already growing through the DG base as they never put down the grass barrier before putting the granite down. Gerald came over and we asked him why he had done this work without a contract and he explained that it was "An honest mistake", his secretary sent the crew to our house thinking that we had an appointment. Still, NO Phone Call to confirm! I told him that i felt that it was a sketchy thing to do and we didn't have any trust in his company to do the work. We also felt backed into a corner and now HAD to have the work done as all of our grass had been removed and taken away. He never apologized for TRESPASSING and basically VANDALIZING our property. He was very rude and dismissive to me. When we asked what he could do for us to help remedy the problem, he said maybe he could give us a couple hundred dollars off. We're talking about a $20,000 job! We said, "no thank you and we are now forced to replace the grass and get additional bids". Our front yard sat in dirt for over a month due to his negligence. Gerald and his team were spot on, and walked us through CVWD for our rebate for replacing our lawn with artificial grass. So many types of grass to choose from and we picked the plush type of grass that really makes our backyard stand out. Very disappointed with follow through, and that includes the owner coming out and agreeing there were issues with the installation and he commiting to a crew put to correct the installation. Seams were coming up and there was not enough soil put down to hold the seams and the trimming was sloppy. This was right before Christmas 2016. No one called. No one showed up to correct the problems after the owner came out. When contacting the office after Christmas, we were told repairs would be done after the first of the year and we would hear from the owner. THIS was not a repair, but an installation problem, and we still have not been contacted by the owner or anyone else. The owner has been out and agreed here was a problem.
