Why? Mostly because of Eric--his no-nonsense approach, honesty, his ability to listen and ask the right questions, and his invaluable advice. Never in the past has the "salesman" come on the day of installation to make sure everything is set up correctly with no miscommunication. This review is long over due. I had my Artificial turf installed almost year ago and i've been meaning to post this review but had originally forgotten the name of company and then life kinda gets in the way too. I came across this company through yelp. I live in hollister and was is desperate need of turf installation since we'd gone an entire year with dirt after my dogs killed the sod we had installed in 2018. We were very skeptical with Artificial turf installation because of the dog urine scent that is noticeable in the summer days. We are have 2 dogs that usually hang in the backyard. I spoke to Eric and he was wonderful in explaining the turf installation process and basically said that as long as we clean the turf routinely the smell should subside. We've had the turf for almost a year and i've cleaned the turf twice. I use white vinegar and water And within a few minutes the smell goes away. Installation process was amazing. Hands down the fastest crew i've seen work. They arrived at roughly 9am and were done by 1pm. My husband also requested a channel drain to help drain excess water in the winter months and for anytime we clean the concrete. The crew wasn't familiar with the channel installation but did their best. We ended up with the deep olive turf and longer grass for easy dog poop mess pick ups. Purchase green installed a beautiful new artificial turf system in our small backyard with great expertise and professionalism. Erik came out and measured and gave us many different choices of turf. Detailed what fit our needs best and then surveyed how the actual project would proceed . We have two small dogs so we chose a pet friendly sand infill and also we've experienced problems with gophers in the past so we're sure to install the extra gopher wire underpayment to eliminate issues with the pesky little fellas. Accessing our backyard space wasn't exactly easy and he made sure that his crew of Eduardo and Fabian took utmost care to not damage our retaining wall or stairs in the process of getting all of the material needed to the backyard. What we have now is a beautiful oasis where once we had a weed filled mess. The turf looks so realistic! Our dogs love playing on it, I absolutely wake up seeing this beautiful new space and it makes me smile whereas before I would wake up and think " oh boy better get the weedeater out today!" Purchase Green was also able to provide a better price likely because they are also the ones who actually manufacture the actual turf. I called the Salinas location and spoke with Eric who is a fantastic person who went way above the usual to solve my problem. I was in a unusual situation. I had a project for the local Church in Visalia and had ordered artificial turf from the Fresno location of Purchase Green. The crew installing the turf had only this weekend available to complete the project. Saturday at noon, they called and informed me that they were short on the turf. Being a Saturday the Fresno location was closed and the central call center informed me that no one is available in Fresno but the Salinas location was open for another 2 hours (until 2:00pm). I spoke with Eric at the Salinas location who not only appreciated my predicament but offered every possible way to help me get out of trouble. He verified that he had in stock the matching turf and was willing to wait until 4:00 pm(2 hours after closing) for my driver to arrive from Visalia. Eric saved the day. Thank you Eric.
