I'm so happy they offer discount codes via text Every week which saves me A lot My favorite part about this place is that I can go to the associate tell them my budget and what I'm looking for and they'll help me get everything I need within my price range. I often save money when I tell them my budget and use the discount code. Sundays they even have a buy 3 get 1 free deal They always offer really cool suggestions and their honest opinion about the products. They also have a wide range of products available. I've tried so many new things just from listening to the staff. Although they don't offer points to redeem money off ,their prices are clear and affordable and they don't add $20+ in taxes/fees like most other dispensaries. Parking is easy and I totally recommend.

Before I started shopping, I asked about a 30% off promotion I had seen advertised on my way to the store. Meghan confirmed the discount was valid. After spending hundreds of dollars, I checked out only to later discover that just the 15% Tuesday discount had been applied. The register never showed itemized discounts while products were being scanned, so I didn't catch the mistake until I reviewed my receipt. When I brought it to their attention, I was told all sales are final and they couldn't offer a refund, store credit, or any solution. Instead, they blamed me for not reminding the budtender about the discount--even though confirming it with the manager was the first thing I did when I walked in. No apology, no accountability--just blame. If management confirms a promotion, customers shouldn't have to ask twice or pay for the store's mistake. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest others do the same. Lastly, Nick, remember that you are working in the customer service industry and you are working in a business where treating customers with kindness and respect should be your top priority. A new find in an old place…read more I thought the address looked familiar. It was the old location for Medmen that went bankrupt over a year ago. First time customer discount always plus. The layout is different with all products behind the counter rather than a retail setup. The budmaster came to assist me as soon as she finished with another customer. She identified the high potency products I was looking for with the best values. Still to be tested.
