Thankfully I went with a friend who could give me some pointers beforehand. My only knock on the massage was it was a bit firm on certain body parts and I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to ask for less pressure. My particular person didn't ask if the pressure was ok (like some other reviews stated) so I didn't know if it would be offensive since it was my first time. For the price and service received, I think their tipping policy is completely fair for what you get but I know not everyone feels the same way.

My massage therapist was TOM and he was absolutely amazing. He checked on the pressure and adjusted if I needed, he focused on areas I needed work on and also did my pressure points. Not quite Siam Orchid level, but genuinely one of the best we've had outside of it. We did a couples massage with the Thai integrative oil massage therapy, and I upgraded to deep pressure for extra. The stretching was thorough and intentional. Total came out to about $400 including tip and the deep pressure add-on. This was actually more than we'd pay for the same thing at Siam Orchid in SF, which surprised us a bit given the Denver cost-of-living assumption. The space itself has this cozy feel. After, they brought out tea and little flower-shaped cookies, which was such a lovely touch to end on. If you're missing a great Thai massage in Denver, this is the closest we've found to what we loved in SF and Thailand. Ask for Supar. We'll be back!

This massage style is not for everyone, but for me I absolutely LOVE the reflexology massage I get here. I have been coming here for years now. My last visit was pre-Covid so i was well overdue to get a treatment. After exclusively working from home for 14 months. my body was a wreck. It's hard to beat their price, $69 for 90 mins, are you kidding me?? They've since added heat rocks to the massage which was a new experience for me. The feet in hot water and the uncomfortable position you first lay in are all intentional and part of the experience. I even take my 75 yo mom here. They know how to go softer if you need them to. Rather than relying on words she simply lets out a small pain-like sound if the masseuse is getting too strong for her. It works, and she sits a little taller after the experience. Despite federal law (CARD Act) requiring gift certificates to be valid for at least 5 years, these had a printed 6-month expiration. When I explained the federal law requirement to the owner over speakerphone, he became belligerent and stated directly: "I don't care what the law states, they are expired." He then admitted he's issued "lots of gift certificates" that have expired and refuses to honor any of them. Even after the front desk employee confirmed she personally issued these certificates, the owner refused to honor them or make any exception. I'm deeply disappointed. This isn't just about poor customer service - this is a business owner openly admitting he doesn't care about federal consumer protection laws. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Warning to others: If you've purchased gift certificates from this business, they may refuse to honor them regardless of what the law requires. Spend your money at businesses that respect both their customers and the law.
