After reviewing their site I decided to eat here. Oh my gosh, now Juicery is one of my favorite places in El Paso! I had their chickpeas & scrambled that were delicious. It is prepared with chickpea flour, onions, green peppers, fennel, kale and potatoes; with a side of grapes. I wanted one of their cold pressed juices and they have so many options that I wanted to try. I ended up ordering #R4 Beet, apple, ginger and lime. It was fantastic! Before they brought me my meal one of the employees brought me a complimentary cream soup made of Poblano peppers. They have 3 locations and I mentioned to the manager that I live in Las Cruces. He said that they have lots of customers from Las Cruces. I suggested that they should open a location there. I will be back with my wife next visit to El Paso.

There's other juice bars that are using concentrated juice already made but this place actually juices the carrots and apples! I walked in and the cashier immediately greeted me. He asked what I'm looking for and recommended a couple drinks. I got one with cocoa and coffee and it was very good! I also ordered the R5 juice which has carrots and ginger which is my favorite

This shop is new, clean, and though it might ebb and flow with business, it has declious products. They serve up fresh pressed juices, protein waffles, parfaits, fruit bowls, and iconic and boosted smoothies. I ordered a supercharged PB&J bowl. Loaded with 20g of protein, my tasty bowl had an acai base, strawberry, homemade cashew milk, peanut butter and chia pudding. It sounds like a lot, and it was. The waffles looked good too. They have seasonal pumpkin spice waffles with whey protein to fuel you this fall. I think next time I am hungry I might try the waffacado. The waffacado is a whey protein waffle with avocado and everything bagel seasoning. My daughter tried and devoured the jam slam, which the protein waffles with strawberries, peanut butter, and strawberry chia jam. The waffles were pretty soft, and the toppings were fresh. Liz went with the berry banana smoothie...also berry-licioud. Gosh I would love to try their pressed juices. I enjoyed it. I would return.

When I was in high school I was given a set amount of lunch money every week on Monday. My high…read moreschool was only a minutes walk away from McDonald's, Wendy's, Peter Piper Pizza, El Pollo Loco, and other fast food chains that were ready to take every penny of my lunch money. Usually by Friday, I only had $3 or $4 left. So instead of getting my grease fix, I'd go in search of an ice cream truck. Ice cream trucks in El Paso are different than ice cream trucks in any other city because of what they carry. Nachos, Hot Cheetos and cheese, Mangonadas, Mexican candies, and things that kind of resemble ice cream in taste, but not really (i.e. Tweety Bird ice cream). The Seven is what happens when someone turns an EP ice cream truck into a real business. You can seriously walk in with a few bucks and leave full off a bunch of munchies. Hot Cheetos with cheese, man! And it's only a couple of dollars here...yes, please. I've tried three different smoothies/milkshakes here. Not a fan of the smoothies with milk, but they'll substitute it for orange juice. For the most part, the smoothies are made with fresh fruit which I love (because who wants artificial flavoring)...but the coconut is not among the fresh fruit. I ordered a smoothie with coconut and while sipping a rather lumpy smoothie, found out quickly that they use shredded coconut. Pass. But other than that, my smoothie experiences at The Seven have been pleasant. Great if you're looking for a quick snack and drink!

They are super sweet as well as all the associates. Can't believe I've lived here in El Paso for almost 7 years and I just discovered this place a few weeks ago other than oh my God oh my God oh my God there are no other words.

Applied and accepted a job at Hurts Donut in El Paso based on a posted pay range of about…read more$10-$14/hour. I asked for 12 because why not? They said, we can't do 12 (I figured as much) and our new hires generally start "low". During the hiring process, I was NOT told the actual starting pay was $8/hour during a probation period. (I assumed "low" meant the $10 on the 10 to 14 range I saw on the posted job listing. Shame on me for not realizing the use of logic was optional ). That only came up after I had already accepted the job and started onboarding. It was actually my coworkers that said the new hires started $8 an hour. That's when I asked about pay clarification. "$8" never came up during the interview. When I brought it up, it was THEN confirmed that all new hires start at $8/hour for a few weeks and can get a raise after that. I was also told tips factor into "effective hourly pay," but tips aren't guaranteed and fluctuate too much to realistically count on when you're trying to budget your life. Telling me that I "technically" make $10 an hour with tips is BS. I "technically" have bills to pay and I can't budget my finances based on a technicality. **And if any of you reading this are teenagers looking to get a job here, she specifically told me she doesn't like hiring teenagers because they're unreliable. Yet when I approached her with a very professional message regarding my pay concerns she ghosted me for 3 days, and counting. Who's acting like a teenager now? (No offense to any of you, just running with what she said). I'm not mad about there being a probation period or a starting rate. I'm frustrated that the actual starting pay wasn't clearly communicated upfront compared to the advertised range. I took the job based on that posted range, and the reality didn't match what was presented when I applied. If the 10 to $14 an hour range doesn't match the pay in El Paso then that needs to be the very first thing you bring up during the interview. She said that that posting was from corporate and doesn't reflect the local pay. Maybe lead with that next time. If you just need a few extra bucks on the side, or you're just starting out with your first job, then as Krusty the Clown says, "It's not just good, it's good enough."
