Excellent food and high value. I trued the spinach and cheese pupuse and it'snow my new favorite. I called ahead for take out. I will definitely go again when I am in Yreka

Combo with 2 pupusas and two sorta empanadas

First time here. It didn't disappoint! Had a combination lunch with two pupusas, one meat pie, and one sweet corn tamale. The stars were the chicken pupusa, meat pie, and tamale. This is a really great Salvadorian pupuseria. If you like Salvadorian food, try this place. You won't be disappointed

2 pupusa combo with corn cakes, an empanada, crudito, sour cream, and sauce

I was so excited to try this place out for a while now, and the portions were huge! I think the combo was $15 but you get 2 pupusas, 2 corn cakes, an empanada, crudito, salsa, and sour cream. It was definitely a lot of food for what you pay for. However, it didn't taste all that seasoned! My coworkers all got the combos in various flavors as well and we all agreed that the pupusas overall needed more salt and a bit more flavor. The salsa didn't really taste like salsa, my coworker described it as "the leftover salsa juice" which was disappointingly true. It didn't really taste like anything. They were extremely generous on the fillings though, the cheese pull was great. The crudito tasted delicious as well, it was crisp and refreshing. The corn cakes were really good though! It was delicious with the sour cream. The empanada had chicken and potato and that was actually seasoned really well. Overall it was a bit disappointing, but not enough to discourage me from coming back. I really hope next time will be better, and that it was just an off day for them!

You can taste the LOVE! Everything tastes like it was cooked with passion! La Paz's food has that "home cooking" taste that is incredibly rare in restaurants. Everything we got was great! The portions are HUGE and the prices are fantastic! There is something for EVERYONE here! The regular and spicy sauces are both great. We got the special of the day and got to taste a wide variety of things they have to offer. My personal favorites were the pork and bean pupusas and the pastelito! Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highly reccomend, you can't go wrong! If you are passing through and hungry, go check it out!

Oh yum! I love pupusas and was so stoked to find them across the street from our hotel as we were traveling through Yreka. Looks like this spot is pretty new - the restaurant was empty, but totally welcoming. The server was able to make some recommendations, and the revuelta, loroco, and zucchini pupusas were all delicious. Great flavor; typical condiments were tasty. A definite hit if you are passing through!

Such a treat. It's hard to find a El Salvadoran cuisine. Great food and customer service. We had one of the combination plates. So worth stopping in for dinner.

Meat, potato, veggies in a crisp red crust of happiness and joy. So incredible, worth the wait. Kind of wish it was a whole restaurant. Fingers crossed. We go to Dazey's often and have seen this truck outside with at least a couple of costumers…read more Finally decided to check them out today. We ordered the asada gourmet tacos $10, asada burrito $10, and Combo 1 pork pupusa with fried plantains and rice & beans $5.50. My favorite was the pupusa. Soft, cheesy, and good flavor. The sides of salsa were sooo good with everything. Their tacos came with handmade tortillas and the "guacamole" was perfect. Again, add some of that salsa with it. Now, I don't typically like my asada burritos with beans, so I asked if it could be made without it. They said the beans were mixed with the rice. I decided to just try it in the burrito. The rice & beans was soooo good, even on its own! Black beans is definitely the way to go. I was also surprised that I liked the fried plantains. I've tried a it a couple times in other places in the past, even a few spots in Miami. However, I was never really fond of them. It's still not something I would regularly order if it wasn't included as a side, but this place was the best I've ever had. This food truck is not pretentious and you get a lot of food for your money. Go check them out.
