Came by on a Saturday afternoon with my husband -- the line looked long but moved quickly. We ordered three carne asada tacos, a chicken burrito, and a large agua de sandía (watermelon agua fresca). Everything is made to order, so we didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the outdoor seating area had a fun vibe with music playing in the background. We ended up taking our food home, and even after the drive everything was still hot, fresh, and so tasty! The flavors were spot on and left us feeling satisfied but excited to come back and try more menu items next time. The menu kicks ass. You can get a dog with different types of creative toppings. Each one of the menu items have a crazy name for them and it suits each one well. I wanted to try all of them, but I stopped myself from doing so. The Exchange Student was ahhhh-mmazing! It was topped with garlic mayo, pineapple, and potato chips. The bun was perfectly toasted with butter and I enjoyed each bite more than the last. My husband got the Principal Ron and it was topped with bacon, BBQ sauce, and goat cheese. I took a bite of his and it was good, but I wanted mine more ;) Kudos to the guy that was doing the orders that night since he was the only one on the truck doing all the work. Even though it was the longest line out of all of the other food trucks that were there, he quickly handled each order smoothly and didn't stressed about the crowd waiting for those delicious dogs. The schedule is online, so you can check out when and where you can get one or four of these delicious hot dogs. The $5 price is fairly reasonable for each one of them. I definitely will try a different one the next time I visit the truck.
